MAY OFFSHORE: Madeira Beach / John’s Pass – The offshore grouper bite right now is on fire 🔥. Big red grouper anywhere from 90-180 ft have dominated the scene. Live pinfish seem to be the ticket, but those slow pitch jigs are also red hot 🔥. We have limited out on every trip the past 2 weeks early then we turn our attention to the lane snapper and big triggerfish bite! The water’s warming and the troll for blackfin tuna and wahoo is in full swing.
NEARSHORE: The hogfish have pretty much moved offshore so our 4 hr snapper trips are a good combination of porgies, seabass, grey snapper and lane snapper.

No. All passengers are covered under our recreational charter boat license.
DO YOU SUPPLY LIVE BAIT?
Live bait is provided only when needed. It depends on the time of year and what we are fishing for... we have live bait pens offshore we will stop at and load up the livewells... as well as all different frozen baits and atificial lures
SHOULD I TIP?
It is customary to tip 20% of the trip’s fare.

His experience includes running 24-hour canyon tuna trips, 14-hour offshore shark expeditions, and inshore trips for blues and flounder off Long Beach Island, NJ. In Hatteras, NC, he's pursued giant bluefin tuna and trolled the Gulf Stream targeting blue marlin, yellowfin tuna, wahoo, and dolphin. Near Cape May, NJ, he specialized in live eeling the rips for stripers.
Currently based on Florida's Gulf Coast, Captain Frank offers deep-drop fishing for massive grouper, red snapper, yellowtail, porgies, vermillion snapper, mangrove snapper, and hogfish, as well as trolling trips for kingfish, sailfish, blackfin tuna, cobia, dolphin, and wahoo.

The SkirtChaser is a 36 ft. YELLOWFIN, rigged with the latest GARMIN electronics and powered by triple 350 hp Suzuki motors and 525 gallons of fuel. This combo allows us to cruise at 45-47 mph in comfort and enabling any charter to get to the best fishing spots quickly. SkirtChaser is licensed to carry 6 passengers for any charter experience with a clean and private bathroom. She had a complete makover in 2023 with new motors, upholstery ,stereo and amps,..we GUARANTEE shes the cleanest charter boat you will ever step foot on.!
We provide top of the line PENN, SHIMANO and electric seapower tanicom 1200s- (10/12 hour trips) rods and reels for our customers!! Live bait is already onboard "no wasting time to catch bait"!!

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
