🚙 Pickup & Towing
• Boat and trailer are picked up from our garage in Queen Creek, AZ.
• Can be trailered to Lake Saguaro, Canyon, Roosevelt, or Bartlett
• Tow vehicle must have minimum 9,000 lb towing capacity
• Optional: Lake Saguaro boat drop-off/pickup available on select days for $150. Time of travel is included in time of rental.

**You and all passengers in the towing vehicle assume full responsibility for any personal injury or damage to persons, as well as any physical damage to the towing vehicle or trailer.
**Neither Boatsetter, the Markel Buoy Policy, nor the boat owner shall be held liable for any incidents or damages that occur while the boat is being towed. Once the vessel is in the water, coverage for the boat and limited personal medical liability will be provided in accordance with the insurance policy offered through Boatsetter and the Markel Buoy Policy, up to the stated policy limits. Any damages, injuries, or liabilities beyond those limits shall be the sole responsibility of the renter, and the boat owner shall not be held liable under any circumstances.
**While these activities are permitted, please be aware that any activities conducted in or around the boat—such as, but not limited to, swimming, wakesurfing, wakeboarding, waterskiing, and tubing—are not covered under the insurance policy provided by Boatsetter or the Markel Buoy Policy. Participation in these activities is at the sole risk and responsibility of the renter, and the boat owner shall bear no liability under any circumstances.

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
