☀️ 3-HOUR CHARTERS
Please note: 3-hour reservations are non-stop tours and do not include swimming, docking, or other stops.
Monday–Thursday: Available all day
Friday–Sunday: 6:00 AM–12:00 PM
🌅 Sunrise charters are available and offer beautiful views of Miami.
Weekday bridge restriction: Bridges do not open between 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM.
🌙 NIGHT CHARTERS
Enjoy Miami after sunset and experience the city skyline and beautiful lights from the water.

👥 GUEST CAPACITY
Maximum capacity: 12 guests plus the charterer (13 people total).
For groups larger than 12 guests, please contact us about additional boats available from our fleet.
🪪 IMPORTANT BOATING REQUIREMENT
Under Florida law, anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 who operates a vessel powered by a motor of 10 horsepower or greater must carry the required boating safety documentation.
This may include a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card, an approved temporary certificate, or another qualifying credential recognized under Florida law.
If you are required to provide boating safety documentation, please have it available along with your valid photo ID before operating the vessel.
Please note: Florida does not issue a traditional “boating license.”
🪪 IDENTIFICATION
A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at boarding, and the name must match the reservation.
🚤 JET SKI REQUESTS
Applicable Florida boating safety requirements apply to all Jet Ski/PWC operators. Please contact us before booking if you have questions about eligibility or required documentation.
💰 CREW GRATUITY
Crew gratuity of 18–20% is required according to our charter policy and is paid separately from the booking price.

🌦️ WEATHER & RESCHEDULING
Safety always comes first.
In the event of extreme weather conditions that make it unsafe to operate, the Captain has the final decision regarding whether a charter needs to be rescheduled.
Rain alone does not qualify for cancellation or rescheduling.
All payments are final and non-refundable. Approved transfers or rescheduling are subject to management approval and the applicable cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy strict
- Free cancellations until 30 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 15-30 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Commercial owner
This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
