A maximum of 6 persons can charter a Sail onthis Hunter Passage 42 on the beautiful Chesapeake Bay. Charter times from to 2 to 8 hours in length with the latest return time of 8:30 pm. 2 to 6 person MAXIMUM.

CHARTER SAILING OFFERINGS:

Enjoy the Chesapeake Bay by boat! Charter this 42ft Center Cockpit Hunter Passage for up to 6 people. Rates are comparable to other Charters around the middle Chesapeake Bay region,
For the charter, due to certain government and insurance restrictions we can provide ice and water only. However, You may bring whatever "Picnic" food and drink you wish (BYOB). There is ample refrigeration and a cooler on board.
Due to certain government and insurance restrictions, there is NO swimming off the boat.
DRUGS: Unless otherwise designated as prescription or "over the counter", no drugs period. Though marijuana is legal in Maryland, it is not legal on the Federal level and thus not legal on this vessel as it is USCG Documented and the Captain is federally licensed. The presence of any illegal drugs will constitute an immediate termination of the charter with no refund of any monies. Sorry.
Smoking on the boat is allowed. Covid Masks are not required but may be worn if desired. There is ample fore and aft deck area to use for your enjoyment as well. Full and partial sunbathing is allowed. There is a multi-speaker sound system with hookup to various stations such as Pandora etc. through your smart phone.
United States Coast Guard Licensed Captains and fuel costs are included in the charter costs. YOU DON'T PAY EXTRA!!

We reserve the right to terminate any charter or sailing instruction upon actual or indications of Adverse Weather conditions, mechanical issues or at the Captain's discretion. Refunds or rescheduling will be discussed accordingly.

2 Hours; Total: $450; Rate $225 per hour
3 Hours Total $525: Rate: $175 per hour; 22% discount
4 Hours Total $600; Rate: $150 per hour; 33% discount
5 hours Total: $750; Rate: $150 per hour 33% discount
6 hours, Total $900 Rate: $150 per hour 33% discount
7 hours: Total $1050 Rate: $150 per hour 33% discount
8 Hours: Total $1200 Rate: $150 per hour 33% discount
If you are Active or past Military, EMS, Police or Fire Service, there is a $50.00 discount of the total cost.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
