Rental terms:
• Cancellation & Refund Policy
• We value your interest and trust in our services.
• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, which is why we have established the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made more than 20 days before the reservation date: An 80% refund of the amount paid will be issued.
• Cancellations made between 15 and 20 days before the reservation date: 50% of the total reservation amount will be retained, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the reservation date: No refund will be issued.
• Full Refund Due to Weather or Vessel Issues
• A 100% full refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:
• The yacht/boat experiences a mechanical issue or damage that prevents the trip from taking place and no suitable replacement vessel can be provided.
• At the scheduled departure time, there is severe weather or heavy rain and the captain determines that it is unsafe to depart.
• Weather-related cancellations are based on the captain’s safety assessment at the time of departure.
• Rain forecasts or the possibility of rain alone do not automatically qualify for a cancellation or full refund.
• We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to assist you in finding the best possible solution if your plans change.

- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
