**Operator Requirements**
• Operator must be 18 years or older and have a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Under Georgia law, anyone born on or after January 1, 1998, operating a PWC must carry a Boating Education Card from a NASBLA-approved course. The renter is responsible for providing proof if applicable.
• Operator must be able to swim and physically operate the craft, including mounting, dismounting, and reboarding after a fall.
**Passengers & Capacity**
Maximum of 3 riders total (operator + 2 passengers), per the manufacturer's rating.
All riders must wear a properly fitted USCG-approved life jacket at all times. Life jackets are provided at check-in.
Minors may ride as passengers only, at the operator's discretion and risk.
**Before You Ride**
A mandatory in-person safety and operation orientation is required before departure — no exceptions.
The renter must complete and sign the Rental Agreement/Liability Release and Pre-Departure Orientation forms before receiving the unit.
The fuel tank will be provided full. The unit must be returned with a full tank or a fuel surcharge will apply.
**Prohibited Use**
• Zero-tolerance alcohol and drug policy — operation under the influence and open containers aboard are not permitted.
• No jumping wakes of other vessels.
• No operation in swim zones or no-wake zones.
• No towing riders or tubes unless explicitly approved in advance.
• No operation outside the permitted Lake Lanier boundaries discussed at check-in.
• No night operation unless the unit is equipped and approved for it.
**Damage, Loss & Liability**
The renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or required repairs during the rental period beyond normal wear.
A security hold/deposit is authorized at booking and released after the post-rental inspection confirms there is no damage.
The renter assumes full responsibility for any citations, fines, or violations incurred during the rental period.
In the event of a breakdown, accident, or emergency, the renter must contact the provided support number immediately and must not attempt repairs.
**Cancellations**
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the day of booking will not be refunded.
