The boat

28' Boston Whaler Outrage for a day chasing fish along the San Diego coast. Twin Yamaha 250 HP motors get us to the grounds fast, so we spend less time running and more time with lines in the water. A USCG Master Captain runs the boat.

We fish local kelp beds for saltwater bass and rockfish, and we push out to La Jolla for yellowtail, halibut, and more. On our longer trips we chase tuna and dorado through the spring, summer, and fall runs. Whether you want a quick half day or a full day offshore, we have a trip length that fits.

Trip Options:
- 4 hour trip: bass and rockfish along local kelp
- 6 hour trip: yellowtail, halibut, rockfish, and bass near La Jolla
- 8 hour trip: tuna and dorado in season
