From cruising with friends, swimming, sunsets and just chilling on the lake, this boat has been the setting for some of my favorite summer memories, and I hope she’ll be part of some of yours too.
She’s comfortably docked at Elm Hill Marina, so there’s no trailer to mess with- just hop aboard!

**Please Read Before Your Trip**
Please take a minute to READ THE LISTING and ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS before your rental. Following the parking and Dock E directions helps everyone get checked in and on the water on time.
Please make sure your booking reflects the TOTAL number of people in your group. If your group size changes, let me know BEFORE ARRIVAL. The maximum permitted group size is 8 people total, and the boat cannot depart with more than 8 aboard.
Your rental begins at the scheduled start time, so late arrival does not automatically extend the scheduled return time.
Tubing, waterskiing, wakeboarding, kneeboarding, or towing of any kind is not permitted.
- Pickup -
Your boat will be waiting in the water at Dock E, Elm Hill Marina, so there’s no trailer or boat ramp to deal with. After a quick walkthrough, you’ll be ready to head out.
- Pets -
Pets are welcome with ADVANCE NOTICE.
The pet fee is $50 for the first pet and $25 for each additional pet. Please keep pets off the upholstered seats.
- Good to Know -
This is a 1994 Hurricane FunDeck that has been well cared for. She's mechanically dependable and ready for a great day on the lake, but she isn't a brand-new luxury boat.
- The upholstery has been refreshed, but there are still a few cosmetic signs of age in places.
- The built-in stereo can be a little quirky at times, but it works well. I also keep a large Bluetooth speaker on board as a backup.
- Like many older boats, she may take a little longer to start after sitting for a while (we're talking days), but once she's running, she performs great.
None of these things have kept guests from having an awesome day on Percy Priest.
**A Quick Note About Fuel**
Your day will always start with a full tank of gas, and renters are responsible for the fuel they use during their trip.
This is an older 2-stroke motor, so fuel use varies with passenger load and how you spend the day. A full boat running at higher speeds will use considerably more than a smaller group cruising and anchoring.
Most trips can expect roughly $40–$90 in fuel, depending on weight and usage. Fuel at Elm Hill Marina is typically around $7/gallon, and the boat must be refueled at the marina.
