Lake Delivery and Launch Service
To make your rental as easy and convenient as possible, we personally deliver, launch, and retrieve the boat at Lake Mead for every rental.
Instead of dealing with towing, launching, or ramp logistics, simply meet us at the lake with the boat fully prepared and ready for the water so you can maximize your time enjoying the day.
Mandatory Lake Delivery and Launch Fee: $75
Includes:
• Boat launch and retrieval
• Pre-trip walkthrough
• On-site support before departure
Rental Timing and Policies
Please arrive on time for your scheduled rental. Late arrivals may reduce your time on the water, as launch schedules and other bookings are planned in advance.
Excessive delays, late returns, or no-call/no-show situations may result in additional fees. If you anticipate being late, please communicate with us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Operator and Boater Education Requirements
For the safety of our guests and in accordance with Nevada boating regulations, the primary operator must be at least 25 years old, have prior boating experience, and comply with all applicable Nevada boating education requirements. Proof of a NASBLA-approved boating safety certificate may be requested prior to departure.
Approved boating safety courses are available through various sites.
Failure to meet operator qualification requirements may result in cancellation of the reservation.

- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.

If requested, the owner can provide a list of available captains for bareboat charter or the renter can use their own qualified captain. If the boat is being time chartered, the owner will provide the Captain.
