Join us for a day on the water aboard our 65' Warrior mega yacht, docked on the Miami River. This boat has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a fridge, a living room, and a dining room, so there is plenty of space for your group to spread out. We provide an independent captain along with a mate chosen once your reservation is confirmed.
You are welcome to bring your own food and alcoholic drinks, with the exception of red wine. On Monday through Friday, we include 1 hour of jet ski time with your booking, giving your group an extra way to enjoy the water. Our exact address is sent once your reservation is accepted, so you will have everything you need before the day arrives.

• Important Reminders:
• This boat must be driven by a licensed Captain only.
• The Captain, gasoline fees and tip are not included in the offer.
• This amount must be paid 1 day before your trip or must be paid on the same day of your trip. (Inquire for more details).
• Remember that the captain will not start his trip if this Captain and gasoline fees and tip have not been paid in full.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 50% refund if the trip is canceled 20 days before.
• 100% refund if:
• 80% chance of rain or more (average over rental period) depending on Miami Beach location. BASED ON WEATHER APP ONLY.
• Winds of 25 mph or greater on the day of rental. (Average over your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location.
• BASED ONLY ON THE WEATHER APP.
• In any other case or situation it will be necessary for both parties to agree to a fair term.
• WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY:
• If during the trip hours the average percentage of raining probability is over 50% HOURLY AVERAGE (indicated in Accuweather website hourly), the charterer is entitled to reschedule the trip reservation or get a refund.
• If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out).
• Important:
• The confirmation of your reservation will always be sent 2 days before the reservation date, since changes can occur in the marina, and they can change marinas at any time.

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
