Booking & Operating Policies
Operator Requirements: To ensure everyone's safety, the primary operator must have prior boating experience. In compliance with Florida law, drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must possess a valid Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card (or an approved cross-state equivalent).
Fuel Policy: Fuel is not included in the base rental price. The boat will depart with a full tank and will be topped off upon return, calculated based on your actual usage.
