Fuel:

Fuel is not included in the price. It is charged at $6.50 per gallon and will be calculated at the end of your ride.



Important Notices:

- Smoking and fishing are prohibited on board.

- Life jackets for all adults and kids, along with safety equipment (including a First Aid Kit), are provided.

- Captain’s fee is additional and must be paid separately to the captain (gratuity is appreciated at 20%).



Requirements for Operating the Boat Without a Captain:

To drive the boat yourself, you must comply with Florida Boating Law:

- Born on or after January 1, 1988? You’ll need a boater education course or pass an equivalency exam approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).

- You must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 25 years old with boating experience.

- If born after 1988 and don’t have a boating license, you can take the Temporary Certificate Program (TCP) to obtain a temporary boating license.
