• Driver must be 25+ with valid license
• Quick 10-minute GA safety video required
• Lake passes (~$3/person) purchased at the Lake Tobesofkee recreation area
• Driver and all passengers required to sign liability release

To keep the experience exceptional for every guest:
• Return the boat clean — free of trash, stains, or sticky/greasy residue — with all life jackets and equipment neatly stored and the cover secured.
• The boat is delivered with a full tank and ready for your adventure — just refuel at the marina lake-side pumps when you're done.
• Please do not leave Lakehouse items (towels, coolers, supplies, etc.) on the boat.
• Return the boat key at the end of your rental.
Failure to meet the above requirements may result in a $50 service fee per occurrence, plus any actual costs incurred.

- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
