Concierge Provisioning:
You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages (we simply ask that red wine not be brought aboard).
If you'd rather arrive and immediately begin enjoying your day, our concierge provisioning service can stock the yacht before your arrival with your preferred food, beverages, champagne, specialty items, or catered meals, all ready when you step aboard.
To maintain compliance with US Coast Guard regulations the Captain Fees are to be paid directly to the Captain prior to departure (payment details in confirmation email).
A customary crew gratuity of 20% is appreciated in recognition of exceptional service. Gratuities can be paid directly to the Captain, or for your convenience if you prefer to arrange this before your charter, we are happy to collect the gratuity in advance and remit it to the Captain on your behalf.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
