Important Booking Information
Please read the following information before booking:
• Pricing: The total price includes the captain fee and gratuity. There are no additional captain or tip charges unless you choose to tip above the included amount.
• Transportation & Add-Ons: Transportation is available for an additional fee. Once your booking is confirmed through Boatsetter, we will receive your contact information and can assist with adding transportation, catering, charcuterie boards, decorations, or other available upgrades.
• Waivers: Every guest must complete and sign our digital liability waiver before boarding. We require your final guest count at least 7 days prior to your reservation so the waivers can be sent out. Your captain will contact you before your trip to ensure all waivers have been completed. Guests who have not signed a waiver may not be permitted to board.
• Weather Policy: Safety is always our top priority. If the captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we may delay departure, adjust the itinerary, or reschedule the charter. Weather such as clouds, wind, rain, cooler temperatures, or forecasted weather that does not prevent safe operation is not considered grounds for a refund, discount, or cancellation.
• No Refunds or Discounts After Service: Once your charter has begun or has been completed, no refunds or discounts will be issued based on personal preferences, expectations, weather conditions that did not affect safe operation, or opinions regarding the vessel, amenities, or experience. We make every effort to accurately represent our boats through photos, videos, descriptions, and specifications so guests know what to expect before booking.
• Booking Acknowledgement: By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the listing, photos, boat specifications, policies, and terms, and agree to these conditions.
Rental terms:
• NOTE: Our policy is that Deposits are non refundable.
• We are a seasonal operation and book months and years in advance so if someone cancels it prevents us from filling a spot we would have definitely booked.
• Complete Liability Release
• I Understand That There Are Inherent Risks Involved With Renting A Charter Tour Boat And Swimming: Including But Not Limited To Equipment Failure, Perils Of The Lake, Acts Of Other Participants, And Adverse Lake And Weather Conditions, And I Hereby Assume Such Risks.
• In Addition, We Will Not Give Refunds/Or Discounts For Trips That Are Cut Short Due To High Winds, Rain, Heat Or Monsoon Storms.
• If The Captain Cancels Reservation Due To For Seen Weather Then A Refund/Or Credit Will Be Issued To Client Based On A Case By Case Basis.
• Reservations Made Through Third Party’s Clients Such As Get My Boats And Boat Setter Will He Issued Through The Entity That Client Booked Through.
• We Do The Best We Can To Provide A Safe And Fun Boat Tour And Our Captains Monitor Weather Conditions To Keep Our Clients Safe.
• We Make Every Effort Not To Cancel Trips Unless It Is For The Safety Of Our Clients.
• Disclaimer:
• If your Charter is cancelled due to weather or for an unforeseen reason, We are not responsible for any fees incurred for your accommodations or other travel related expenses.
• You should purchase separate trip insurance to cover these expenses if that is a concern.
• We Have The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone Acting In An Inappropriate Manner Such As Intoxication But Not Limited To.
• If Clients Act Out In An Unsafe Manner Or Are Visible Intoxicated Captains Will End Tour And Return Client To Land For Their Safety.
• Note:
• Please prepare for high volumes of traffic and difficulty finding parking on busy weekends.
• We do not allow refunds for guests who miss their scheduled tours.
• Should you need to make any changes to your reservation please contact us.
• Our company Recommends trip insurance especially during monsoon season.

• It is very affordable, and we recommended as we do not offer discounts or refunds due to mechanical breakdowns weather, Delays or any client that is simply unhappy with their service for any reason.

• The Company can switch boats without notice if the boat the client initially booked is unavailable due to mechanical/or captain availability a boat of equal size will be Substituted.
• No refund or discount will be given for boats that are substituted due to mechanical or Captain availability.
• Policy Overview
• Deposits: Non-refundable.
• As a seasonal operation, we book months or years in advance.
• A cancellation prevents us from filling a spot that would otherwise be booked.
• Gratuity:
• A standard gratuity of 20% is applied to groups over 6 people.
• Captains are subcontractors, not employees, and tipping is standard in the boating/charter industry.
• The week of your reservation, your captain will reach out for waivers and provide a QR code to pay the gratuity up front.
• Additional tips are optional but appreciated; industry standard is up to 20%.
• This system ensures the crew is taken care of, as guests often forget after drinks and festivities.
• Transportation:
• Discounted boat rate: $1475 when using our transportation (vs. $1675 without).
• Benefits: direct communication between boat, captains, and drivers; avoids delays or missed reservations.
• Packages:
• Round trip: $938 (small groups), $1178 (groups over 15).
• 3–4 day packages: $2000 (≤14 people), $3200 (>14 people).
• Additional days: $250–$500 depending on group size.
• Includes airport transfers, activities, nights out, and sometimes party bus upgrades (based on availability).
• Complimentary loaner ice chest provided when using our transportation.
• Itinerary required in advance; no changes once submitted.
• Standard 20% gratuity applies to 3–4 day transportation packages.

Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
