- Please note that these legislative changes are confusing: a very similar boating law passed at the same time which requires a watercraft operator's permit based on age, phase-in time until 2028, to ensure every boater born after July 1, 1987 to operate their own / private watercraft. This is NOT the rental law and while similar, does not apply to rental watercraft.
- All operators of rented watercraft must have a valid Watercraft Operator Permit, regardless of age.
We welcome pets aboard, so bring your friendly dog for a lakeside adventure. Swimming directly from the pontoon is encouraged; the sturdy ladder makes entry and exit simple. Smoking and alcohol are allowed, giving adults flexibility while onboard; please use discretion and keep the area clean. Kids under 12 are welcome — life jackets and attentive supervision are required. The pontoon is suitable for comfortable, casual footwear; shoes are allowed.
Safety is a priority: children’s life jackets are provided, and standard boating rules apply. Please respect noise ordinances and lake regulations, and return the boat in the condition you received it. Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
