Parrott Ship is a Hunter 37.5. It's a very comfortable boat with 2 cabins, galley, head with shower and a spacious salon. The accommodations area is finished out in teak trim with teak veneer ply, teak and holly veneer sole, Corian, Mica and teak veneer countertops, gelcoat finished molded FRP hull and deck liners, hardwood planked hullsides in the main salon, folding fabric curtains and upholstered cushions. It has AC and climate control. The motor is a 2005 38HP Yanmar in mint condition. The cockpit seats up to 7 people comfortably. Equipped with a marine grade canvas dodger and Bimini with connector and window
covers, mainsail and winch covers. UK 130% dacron roller furling genoa with UV cover. UK full-batten dacron mainsail equipped with Dutchman flaking system and dual jiffy reefs.
