Base Charter Rates (Paid via Boatsetter)

Two‑hour harbor cruise – standard rate: two thousand one hundred forty‑five dollars (plus broker fee of two hundred ninety dollars; total two thousand four hundred thirty‑five dollars)

Three‑hour charter – standard rate: two thousand eight hundred sixty dollars (plus broker fee of three hundred eighty‑seven dollars; total three thousand two hundred forty‑seven dollars)

Four‑hour charter – standard rate: three thousand five hundred seventy‑five dollars (plus broker fee of four hundred eighty‑three dollars; total four thousand fifty‑eight dollars)

Please note: Holiday periods require elevated base rates and are not available for booking through this platform.

Booking Overview

Your date and time are secured once the base rate and broker commission are paid via Boatsetter.

Post‑Booking Charges (Invoiced Directly by Paradiso Yacht):

Crew and Bartender Fee – Optional for groups of up to twenty‑four guests. Required for groups of twenty‑five to forty‑nine guests (two hundred dollars). A second crew member is required for groups of fifty to seventy guests (additional two hundred dollars).

Per Person Boarding Charges (Harbor taxes and fees): Sixteen dollars and fifty cents per guest, capped at a maximum of six hundred sixty dollars.

Fuel for Coastal Cruising: Three hundred eighty‑five dollars per hour. Three‑hour charters may include up to one hour offshore; four‑hour charters may include up to two hours offshore.

Optional Add‑On Services (Available After Booking):

DJ services:

– Three hours – five hundred dollars

DJ with karaoke:

Special Notes:

Holiday charters, including the December Newport Beach Boat Parade, carry premium rates. The difference in price will be invoiced directly from Paradiso after booking has been completed on this platform.

Catalina Island and other customized destination charters are not available through the Boatsetter platform.

Booking Process Summary

Submit your reservation request via Boatsetter and complete payment of the base rate and broker fee. Paradiso’s charter coordinator will reach out to confirm your booking, issue an invoice for any remaining fees or add‑ons, and send your digital contract and waiver.

Please complete the waiver ahead of your charter to ensure a smooth and timely boarding experience.

All rates and terms are subject to change, especially during holidays or special events. We recommend early booking to secure your preferred date and options.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**

The yacht is considered booked once funds have been received and a confirmation has been sent to the client. If the client has an issue with the booked time, we offer a one time change of date/time based on availability. If the client is unable to reschedule and must cancel the booking, we offer a 50% refund until 30 days prior to the booking start time. Cancellation within 30 days of the booking date and time will only receive the refund IF the booking date and time is rebooked by another client. Cancellations within 7 days of the booking start time are non-refundable. In the event the charter is terminated early due to the Charterer violating the law or company policy or insubordination to the Captain and crew, or if law enforcement intervention, there are no refunds or rescheduling. In the event a Charter is cancelled by the Captain for weather conditions or safety concerns, the client will be allowed to reschedule to an available date/time. In the unfortunate event the Captain must cancel the Charter due to the Paradiso having mechanical issues and/or is not in condition to Charter, the client can either reschedule to an available date/time or receive a full refund. Compliance with the Law: Charterer agrees not to violate any law, statute, regulation, or code provision of the United States, state of California, or any government within whose jurisdiction of the Vessel may be at any time during the Charter Event. Charterer agrees to prohibit the use and/or possession of any illegal substances aboard the Vessel and further agrees to be fully responsible and liable for any loss, forfeiture, or damage to the Vessel due to any violation of applicable Customs or other drug laws by Charterer or Charterer's guests. Discovery of illegal drugs, controlled substances, or other contraband in the possession of Charterer, Charterer's guests, employees, or agents shall result in immediate termination of the Charter Event, without refund in any amounts paid.
