Requirements and Policies:



Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old to operate the boat without a captain.



Liability Waivers: All passengers aged 18 and over are required to sign a release of liability at the start of the rental. Minors under 18 must have a waiver signed by an accompanying adult.
