IMPORTANT
This listing is renter-operated. However, for first-time rentals—even if you opt to drive without a captain—a trained spotter will be onboard at no extra cost to assist with launching and returning the boat, capturing photos, supporting tow sports, and offering beginner tips.
The Moomba Mojo is a high-performance boat with advanced systems, so even experienced operators may find the support beneficial. Once you’re familiar with the boat, the spotter requirement can be waived for future rentals. For first-time renters or without a spotter, we’ll need:
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Boater Card (new CA law)
- Signed waiver due at least 24 hours before rental date

- Maximum capacity: 17 people. We advertise 10 people for comfort and easier management, but can accommodate 1–2 more if needed.
- Ballast Capacity: Over 4,000 lbs of ballast to create surfable waves and large, clean wakes
- AutoWake System: Automatically adjusts ballast and hull pitch to deliver consistent wakes and waves for any skill level
- Surf System: Moomba Flow Surf System – allows for customizable wave shaping for both sides of the boat

WHERE TO MEET?
This boat is approved for use exclusively on Lake Berryessa. We can meet at whichever location is most convenient for you—Spanish Flat, Markley Cove, or Pleasure Cove. We'll handle bringing and retrieving the boat for you—just hop on and enjoy!
ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Fuel: Charged based on actual usage
- Launch Fee: the launch facility charges $30 launch fee
- Parking: Typically $20/car/day at Spanish Flat launch ramps

Cancellation policy moderate
- Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time.
- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
