PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING ME...

We generally rent only to our VRBO guests staying at the home where the boat is located. For other interested parties, please be advised we will only do a 2-day rental. NO EXCEPTIONS. Renter must be an experienced saltwater boater. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We regret that limitation, but I live 2000 miles away, and we have to hire someone to give an orientation, check out the boat, fill with gas, clean, check-in the boat, and perhaps move the boat to a pick-up and drop off location if the process interferes with guests staying at the house. Simply not worth the trouble, risk, and time for a 1-day rental.

Cruise the calm waters around Bradenton and Palmetto and enjoy some of Florida’s best boating. Drop anchor at the popular Jewfish Key sandbar for swimming and relaxing. Explore the Intracoastal Waterway or head to Anna Maria Island for beachside dining and dolphin sightings. Fish the mangroves near Palma Sola Bay or enjoy tubing and watersports in the protected bay. Egmont Key and its historic lighthouse make for a scenic day trip. Whether you’re sunbathing, exploring, or adventuring, Bradenton’s waterways offer something for everyone.
Palmetto, FL offers even more great stops for boaters looking to dine on the water. Riviera Dunes Dockside is a top pick, located inside the Riviera Dunes Marina with fresh seafood, creative dishes, and live music in a relaxed, upscale setting. Just a short ride away, The Clam House is a local gem known for sushi and fresh catches in a cozy, laid-back spot with outdoor seating. For a more casual vibe with great energy, head across the river to Woody’s River Roo in Ellenton—this lively dock-and-dine favorite features live music, cold drinks, and classic American eats with plenty of space to tie up your boat.
Bradenton offers plenty of great dock-and-dine options to enjoy by boat. Cruise over to Mar Vista Dockside on Longboat Key for fresh seafood under the shade of buttonwood trees. Head to downtown Bradenton and tie up at PIER 22, an upscale waterfront spot with American classics and sushi. Dry Dock Waterfront Grill offers sweeping bay views and a popular seafood menu on Longboat Key. For a casual bite, Tide Tables in Cortez serves fresh fish in a laid-back setting right on the water. Nearby, Star Fish Company offers an authentic Old Florida experience at a working fish house. Or check out Swordfish Grill, known for live music, great drinks, and dockside dining on Sarasota Bay.

A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
