115 HP Suzuki Outboard Motor In order to provide the best value for our customers and to make rentals affordable, we enforce a strict reimbursement policy for damages occurring during the course of the rental. We don't turn anybody away for inexperience, but please note that some aspects of operating a boat, such as docking, may cause difficulty for beginners.

Life vest included, over seating capacity, all sizes toddler to XXL.
Safety and regulatory equipment provided (flares, horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc).
The boat equipped with fish radar, SIMRAD navigation system, bluetooth sound system, double bimini top, tow bar and cooler!
Gas Not Included!
All rentals include basic general liability insurance with an $700 deductible. For an extra $25 per day, you may purchase comprehensive insurance coverage for all damages regardless of fault, also with an $700 deductible. Without comprehensive insurance, you are responsible for all new damages for which there isn’t a third party responsible. Comprehensive insurance is payable at the time of launch/delivery. Towing service is included with the rental with or without comprehensive insurance for any reason when needed. Towing service will not be provided if the boat is operated outside of the allowed rental hours (from dusk till dawn in the event of multi-day rentals).
• In the event of multi-day rentals, the boat can only be used between the hours of dusk till dawn. No night time boating allowed.
• In case of bad weather, if notified at least by the night prior to rental date, I will agree to reschedule or refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel in case of mechanical issues and bad weather. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued.
• It is renter's (your) responsibility to ensure weather conditions will allow for a timely return of the boat. Weather conditions do not relieve renter (you) from the responsibility of returning by agreed upon return time.
• Before renter (you) can receive the boat, you agree to show your picture ID in order that we may take a picture of it. Upon request, you can do the same to the photo ID of the person handing you over the boat.
• Damage inspection: before renter (you) can receive the boat, you will be asked to inspect the boat for any damages, interior or exterior, and to take a picture of any damages found. I will call your attention to any existing damages I am aware of, and will ask you to take a picture of them. Upon return, you are liable for any new damages of which you do not have picture proof of that would show that said damages already existed at the time you received the boat.
• Earliest LAUNCH time on any given day is 9AM.
• Latest RETURN time on any given day is 7PM.
• Renter (you) must have basic knowledge on how to operate a pontoon boat, and must have the required qualifications to be legally able to operate a watercraft in the state of Florida and surrounding waters.
• In case of bad weather, if notified at least by the night prior to rental date, I will agree to reschedule or refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel in case of mechanical issues and bad weather. In the event of a cancellation on our part, a full refund will be issued.
No charges other than the amount paid at the time of booking.
Renters born AFTER January 31, 1988 will be required to have a Boater Safety Card or Coast Guard Boating License.
