* Please Read:
- Time duration of booking is final. No refunds or discount on rental agreement price if duration is not met. Boat can be arranged to be picked up early, no refunds will be given.
- Hourly charge will occur if the renter goes over the duration time booked and will be collected upon pick-up.
- Boat Fuel will be charged and submitted through Boatsetter for reimbursement or cash at time of drop-off. Whichever you prefer.
- Boat will be brought to Clearwater Marina or Bellaire Causeway Marina for Drop/off Pick/ Up Free of charge
The standard cancellation policy for entire bookings may have exceptions for severe weather that indicates small craft advisory.

- 50% refund for cancellations between 3-5 days before the booking start time.
- Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
