⚠️ Important Navigation Rule:
Our pontoon and tritoon boats are not allowed on the Gulf (open ocean). They must remain in the Intracoastal waterways only.

⚓ RENTER REQUIREMENTS
(Please read before booking!) To rent and operate this vessel, you must meet the following:
1.) Age: 21+ years old.
2.) Experience: 2+ years of recent boating experience.
3.) ID/Payment: Must present a valid government-issued driver's license and a matching credit card on the day of the rental.
4.) Boater's License: If born after 1/1/1988, Florida law requires you to have a valid boater's license or a temporary safety certificate. (Need help getting one? Just ask!)
💸 PRICING, FEES, AND RULES
Fuel: The boat will be handed over with a full tank of gas. You will be charged $6.50 per gallon for only the fuel you use upon your return.
Security Deposit: A $1,000 security deposit hold is required. Once the boat is returned without damage, the authorization is released the same day.
Meet-up Location: We launch out of Centennial Public Boat Launch in Downtown Sarasota.
Pets: We love furry friends, but to protect our upholstery, pets are not allowed on our boats.
Captains: This is a bareboat rental (you drive). We do not provide captains, but we can recommend local licensed captains if you need one!

This boat belongs to a Commercial Owner, an independent boat rental company. A Commercial Owner is an independent, Boatsetter-approved boat rental company who provides their own insurance to their guests.
Security deposit
A security deposit hold (not a charge) will be placed on your credit card 48 hours before your booking starts to cover any incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This hold is released 48 hours after the booking is complete, if no claims are made. The security deposit amount for the boat you are booking will be outlined during the check-out process.
