Klaus was very nice and flexible with the chaos of Memorial Day weekend. The boat was already launched on the water when we arrived at the boat launch and after a few minutes of safety information, we were ready to enjoy our day on the boat. There were no issues with the boat we rented and Klaus even offered to fill our tank up afterwards for a discounted price. My friends and I definitely recommend Klaus and his business for your day on the water in the Sarasota/Siesta Key area.

Klaus was great. We are longtime boaters from the Northeast and were bringing our 1 year old grandson and his parents and one of our other sons and his woman. The boat was perfect but the best part was meeting his two young sailors who helped us get aloft. Reminded us of when we had three boys very near in age. I recommend Klaus without reservation.

Klaus provided us with the perfect boat for our afternoon on Sarasota Bay. His Chaparral 21’ was in immaculate condition and he gave us an excellent, in depth safety and navigation brief. The navigation set up in particular provided us with a stress free, comfortable experience on a fairly busy body of water and the quiet Yamaha 150hp outboard motor performed flawlessly.

Klaus was terrific. If I could rate him 10 stars, I would. His boat was clean and in great condition. It was as described. It had a depth finder and and a small but functional GPS navigation system, both of which are essential in Sarasota Bay with its many shallow areas. Klaus was responsive, fair, punctual, and friendly. I will definitely rent his boats again. Two minor things to be aware of: Klaus does not allow dogs on board and the bimini only provides shade for two persons.

Klaus greeted us 15 mins prior to boarding. He helped us park as well. He carried our ice and bags to the boat. He went over a quick pre-trip of the boat and we set sail within minutes. The sandbar where everyone hangs out is 10 mins away! Perfect for chilling in water, drinking and tanning.Boat was clean and fun for 5-10 people. There’s a cooler built in which will fit couple cases of beer , water, and food. Bring your own ice!! More on google reviews.
