All passengers that will be onboard must sign a liability waiver.



If you want to captain yourself, you must show documentation such as a boaters license or similar. You can take the Nevada boaters education course directly online prior to your rental. If you need a captain for the day, Boatsetter provides captain for an additional fee.



The boat is a Yamaha SR230 Twin Engine jetboat. Boat seats 10 people, including drivers, with a legal weight capacity of 1700 lbs weight limit, which must not be exceeded.



The SR230 drives beautifully on the water and is comfortable



Bimini cover for shade, a wake tower, and large back swim deck in the back for getting on and off the boat for tubing, skiing, and wakeboarding.



It has front deck seating for 2-3 adults or 4 kids, a captain seat for 1 by the driver and a wrap around seats in the back for 4 adults and kids, up to a legal maximum of 10 people 1700lbs including the passengers, coolers, drinks and all equipment.



For safety reasons, we can not allow more than 1700 lbs on the boat.



Life Vests: We provide you with lifevests. Do not forget to bring sunscreen!



If you have young children, please let us know as we have a limited quantity of children's life vests.

Fuel: can be either prepaid or postpaid, or you can refuel it yourself which we recommend. If we do refill the boat for you after your rental, you are looking at a cost of around $230 to fill the 53-gallon fuel cell if fuel gauge is at E. We will only charge for the gas you used. We will also charge a $20 refueling fee. Fuel prices vary based on gas station prices as they are always changing.



We reserve the right to cancel a reservation last minute if the weather conditions are unsafe, if the driver or passengers are deemed unfit for the trip, or if the weight exceeds the limit. If the wind is close to or over 15 mph, then for your safety, we will have to cancel or reschedule for your own safety.



If the weather conditions do not allow safe boating and your reservation is canceled, you will receive a refund excluding transportation expenses.
