Our family had a great time on the water. We did some snorkeling and had some great finds. We didn’t get to meet Amy in person but Jeff took care to answer all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Wish we would have had more time to explore the foil board and classes. Amy was great and very accommodating! The boat was spacious and had a lot of room to fit our coolers, snacks, and other personal items! Pick up and drop off were super easy and communication was great! :)

Jeff and Amy were super easy going and nice to rent from, they were also very responsive. We had to book last minute and they were very accommodating and even provided us with an inflatable water mat.
We spent the day on the sandbar which was 5 minutes away from their dock and we had a fantastic time!

The weather on the day of our reservation had scattered showers and storms. Jeff and Amy were very accommodating and flexible with our time. Allowing is to start later and end later. ​Our scheduled start time was 9:00 AM, but Jeffrey proactively called us early that morning to suggest pushing it back to 10:00 AM because of the chilly weather. Our group was completely fine with the change, but the fact that he took the initiative to ensure we were comfortable and had the best possible experience speaks volumes about his service.
We highly recommend booking with him for a stress-free and enjoyable time!

Great overall experience

Amy’s boat was perfect for our day in the water. At first I was a little worried that 12 people may be too crowded but the boat proved to be very spacious. It was a fun day on the water for all!

Had a great trip today. Jeff explained everything about the boat and great places to stop. Unfortunately the weather became intense half way thru the journey but the boat powered thru the wind and waves like a champ. Jeff was very accommodating and an honorable guy.

Excellent day in the water. Very attentive and patient staff. We were half an hour late and they were very accommodating. The boat is kept in excellent shape, although it is a little underpowered, which is fine since we were not in a hurry to get to the sand bar. We saw many dolphins up close. Boat toys, Bluetooth speakers and floaties were excellent. Highly recommended.

The boat we were given looked nothing like the pictures. First impression: duct-taped seats, spray-painted rust, broken latches, and a captain’s chair with long rusted screws pulling out of the floor that almost sent me backwards. I could go on and on, but I only have 200 characters left and I spent enough time on this. Look for another boat.

The whole experience was amazing. Amy was in constant communication. She had a slight delay at the marina while getting fuel. When she got to the dock she was very apologetic and gave us the boat for as long as we needed it. So nice!! I would totally rent another boat from Amy!!

Met at the vessel by the agent. Walk through was very thorough. The vessel was clean, and they even provided life jackets for my two grandchildren. Boat was presented with a full fuel tank. Recommend this vessel without reservation.

We booked last minute. Great pick up location, quick instructions and we were off. Boat had a few extras others charge for, including a couple of rods and tackle. Saw many dolphins very close and lots of other wildlife. Owners were great to deal with!

Jeff was a great host! The boat we originally booked was low on fuel so he offered us another boat which was just as nice,he even offered us to come an hour earlier. The Bluetooth wasn't working. He came on his other boat to the sandbar and gave us a Bluetooth speaker! Excellent customer service and I'll definitely recommend and book with him in the future. 5stars all around the board

Spent a fun day on the boat! Only downside was we didn’t get the boat we ordered and was told the smaller boat we got would go fast and it would barely go above idle speed. If you want to listen to music, I’d bring my own speaker because the boat speaker was just a regular Bluetooth speaker. It wasn’t loud and died an hour in. They were nice enough to let us have the boat a few extra hours since we didn’t get the boat we ordered. $40 flat gas fee when you get to the docks. Thanks Amy!

We enjoyed our day on the water. We spent time swimming at the sand bars and the dolphins made everyone smile. Everything about the rental was a wonderful experience.

Really fun boat! Good pick up location! Jim and Amy were very easy to connect with. Very responsive. 

The folks running the operation were nice and friendly but the boat was nowhere near as good-looking as in the photos. The seats had lots of stains and tears but worse, I didn't get a thrill even at full throttle.

I think the hull must be in need of cleaning because I suspect lots of barnacles are creating drag. I couldn't get it past 20mph with the wind at my back. Like I said, great people but the boat, no so much.

Everything went flawlessly. There was some rain and Jeffrey made it very easy to move our time up so that we could go out when it stopped. He called right on time with all the details. Once at the marina, the man at the doc was great (so sorry I can't remember his name) But he was very thorough and went over everything! Absolutely a wonderful experience! Will use again every year!

A simple boat, easy to operate and stable. A great choice for people who might be nervous piloting an overly expensive or complicated craft. Note, there were no power sources for charging phones, etc....but the audio system with Bluetooth was nice. Owners were amazing and super responsive!

The owners were so kind and easy to work with. There was some confusion on where to pick up but they were really great and patient. I would definitely recommend renting from them. Also, the sand bar in Madeira is beautiful and the kids really enjoyed swimming there!

I highly recommend this rental place. The boat was very clean and ran great. Customer support and service was superb. There was a weather delay and they didn’t not hesitate to adjust our time. They even gave mother to be daughter the cutest baby gift. We will recommend them to all our friends and will definitely rent from them in the future.

We had such a great a time exploring Madeira by water. Hit a sandbar, they supplied us with a chill pool that was a hit. They were great to deal with and responded quickly.

Boat was ready and great for our needs. Nothing fancy, Jeff gave clear instructions on where to go and anchor, which way to traverse the sand bars, and they met us at a place to try out efoils. Older boat but they had a small cooler to put stuff in, a Bluetooth speaker to play tunes. Plenty of room for family of 5 with 3 teens. They even had a huge float ring and toys we used at the sandbar. Communication was good up to rental. Would rent from them again.

The boat was amazing! My family and I took our girls out for fishing and swimming on the sandbar…by far our best experience visiting Madeira. The host was very responsive and communication was transparent using the app.
