The boat pictured was not anything like the boat we ended up on.
I was very cleverly sent pictures of a different boat to reserve, which did not show me a full picture of the ‘new’ boat.
We ended up on an old boat nothing like the original, much to the disappointment of my boys.
When I spoke to your representative on the phone, her position was ‘you accepted what was offered’, she wasn’t even slightly interested in trying to make me feel better.
My mistake, I felt tricked… but there you go

Boat ride was very nice, lots of fun, great experience and the captain was excellent.

Information Provided was not accurate. My group reserved the boat from 1:30 to 5:30 and we told day of that our reservation was from 12-4 PM. No notice beforehand about the time change. When we got to the boat we were charged an additional $190 which we were not aware of. Told it was a "docking fee and tip for the captains". During our time out on the ocean, one of the engines gave out and we got stuck in the middle of the ocean. Would not recommend this booking.

Do not rent from this owner! It was a bait and switch. It was supposed to be a total of $250 an hour but it was really $450. To pick up the boat, we had to go to a scrap yard in a terrible area of Miami. In order to get on the boat, we had to jump down 7 feet from the edge of the canal. Save your money.

The only reason there is no 5th star is because they tried to cancel on us the morning of the day we set sail because we only wanted two hours when another group wanted 4 even though our payment had already gone through.

Other than that I would 100% book with Angel again. The boat was in magnificent condition. True to its pictures online. The captain, Daniel was soooo nice! He really took care of us and even made it so that we could add more time.

We had an amazing time on the boat! We rented it for a birthday party, and it was such a memorable night. The captain and crew were super friendly and helpful. They all had a positive attitude and did everything to make sure we had fun. I’ll definitely book with them again!

A 5 star experience! The crew was beyond amazing. The yacht was clean, modern and spacious. The jet skis were so fun and the jacuzzi was a huge plus! Will definitely book with Angel next time we are in Miami.

Overall the experience was okay. Good but not great… The condition of the boat was sub par. The table that is seen in the photos was not there, which would have been nice to put our drinks on. The captain was good, but the stewardess didn’t say much of anything and didn’t really help out at all with anything. They changed pick up locations less than 24 hours before hand… We had a fun time, but the service and condition of the boat could have been better. For the price is was good, but not great!

Really enjoyed our time on the boat! Claudia and Gino were awesome and laidback! The boat was a bit late to arrive to the dock but they ensured we got our full four hours by extending the trip. Docking & fuel fees were $400 for four hours for us, and so with gratuity and the captains fee (which is $200, listed on Boatsetter, but not paid at time of booking), I paid $755 at the dock. Be prepared for that lol.

The boat is grossly unkept and what's even worse is the putrid overwhelming feces odor. Our trip was shorted by more than 30 minutes we where locked out by the pier for 40 minutes and our captain never showed up. I called the office multiple times and they tried to insinuate that we where at the wrong pier. I assume it was to buy time. I was celebrating my sister's 50th wedding anniversary but this boat was not all what was advertised very disappointing to say the least.

Time on the water was stressful. Boat description was not accurate. Did not have a roof. Anchor did not anchored. They did not take us to desire location on a 4 hr excursion. No cooler not ice provided. Missing one bag of ice gladly we asked.

Great experience! A calm and relaxing boat ride on the Miami Beach couldn’t ask for a better time!

Good boat, good captain, good administrative staff. Only feedback would be needs a Bluetooth speaker in front of boat

The boat was exactly as described and the crew was fantastic to work with. Only issue was we paid on Boatsetter and the night before arriving received a text saying to bring 18% (of total Boatsetter fees, not just the boat) required gratuity in cash for the crew. We were planning to tip, but the required amount was never communicated and unexpected which is never great when planning with a big group.

We booked this boat for my Bach party and we had a great time!! Definitely would recommend!!

The boat was gorgeous and the captain was amazing

We ended up having a good time. Our captain, Jesus, and the steward, Amanda, were super helpful and very accommodating! Angel the owner was very responsive.

A few things that could be improved:
- I booked the boat for 5:30pm on the site and the owner tried to change it to 4pm, which didn’t work for my party
- description said $400 addtl fees but ended up being $620 - just confirm beforehand
- ac didn’t work well in cabin and would be hot in the summer

We had such a great time on this trip. They were able to accommodate us at the last minute, the boat was gorgeous, and Gabriel was an awesome captain. 10/10, will definitely use them again!

Dennis the captain of the boat was amazing! He brought us to all the trendy and cool places, took nice picture of us and let us enjoy our stay.
Definitely recommend Renting this boat and will book again with them when I come back to Miami.

Greed and zero integrity. At the end of rental boat broke down, leaving us stranded for 90 minutes before the captain dropped us off 20 minutes away from the marina. This caused us to miss our reservations and ruined my birthday party. When I reached out, the owner initially rejected my request for a refund. It wasn't until Boatsetter intervened that the owner finally agreed to a $200 compensation. However, it has been weeks and they still haven't paid.

This boat is not in the condition as in the photos. The photos look amazing. When we got on the boat I even asked the Captain "is this the same boat"? Inside the boat they had two plug in portable air conditioning units that never did cool the inside. The table on the back was missing and the boat is just not in the overall shape the pics reflect. This is my second time using Boatsetter and I won't use it again. Both times the boat didn't look like what the pics showed. The only reason I am giving this a 3 star is the crew was awesome. They were super accommodating. If you rent this boat, ask for current pics first. I have pics I took on the boat and you can compare them to the pics in the ad and then you decide.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves! We love Camilla and Marlon. Can’t wait to see you guys again in March. My favorite crew❤️

Nice staff, smooth ride!

Worst charter I have ever had. Food was left out cold where he had to ask for them to reheat it. Boat was extremely dirty and far from the look in the pictures. I had no use of the main cabin due to the fact it was locked and later found out someone brought their 8 year old child on board and that's where he was staying during my trip. I am now having to explain my situation to boatsetter to try and get some type of relief which they are now fighting me on like this is all my fault.
