The service was great and timely. The boat was fun to drive and has ample power for pulling people on a float or board. I wish we could have been given a map showing the areas where boating play areas are permitted. Even the marinas did not know of these places. Thank you Nick. Nick was awesome at helping with our experience. There was an issue with the VR5, so Nick let us use his NauticStar 2102 instead which was a newer and nicer boat. The boat had a slack in the driving wheel so it was a bit dificult to drive straight specially when driving slow. Deep finder needs to be taken care of.

Awesome experience! Nick trailered the boat to our lake at 10 am on the dot as promised. Operating the boat was super easy and he brought 3 different wake boards with different sized boots so that everyone could try it out, even my daughters had a size that fit. This boat was really good on gas too.

Nice guy but don’t expect much from the boat. You’re not allowed in the ocean, the Garmin doesn’t work, and really just useful for going to a sandbar not fishing. Also should be noted there is a tracker on boat but he was cool enough to tell you before heading out.

We had a very good experience with this rental. everything worked well on the boat-which I know is difficult to maintain. We enjoyed having a radio. This is a nice boat to cruise around in. I know it advertises for 8 people but I think that would be a bit tight. We had 3 adults and 1 child, and with all our stuff it was a bit tight. But still a comfortable boat. Nick was great with instructions and accommodating our departure and arrival times. If I had to have a complaint it would be that it was a bit pricier than I would have liked, but hey-I didn't have to wash the boat or flush the engine so I am happy!!

Nick made sure we were familiar with the boat and gave us some great recommendations as to where to go. We had a great day and hit almost every spot he recommended. The best part may have been cruising back up the river in the evening. Nick was there when we arrived and the transition back to him was super quick.

A good running boat, is just that, a good running boat. Nick has a good running boat, clean, starts right away, nothing to review on the boat itself past that really, but a big factor in your experience will be the owner you deal with. Nick was great! We ended up using a different, newer boat due to an issue that arose with the Bayliner the morning of the rental. We had a great time, the boat was very user friendly, Nick gave a helpful demonstration of how to drive and recommendations of where to go and we were off! Nick made my whole family's weekend! This review is long overdue, but I had to come online to let everyone know what a wonderful decision it was to rent this boat.

My family had flown out from California for a vacation we were taking to Grand Cayman. After returning from the island they still had a weekend here in South Florida to enjoy. We struggled to find something to do while they were here, but wanted to do something memorable since it was my sister's 30th birthday. We found the site BoatBound and decided to express some very last minute interest (Friday) in some boats that said they were available that Saturday morning. After messaging a few different boat owners, Nick responded right away. He was incredibly accommodating with every aspect of our rental, he went far beyond what we expected.

The boat was ready for us right when we arrived, and was perfect for our group of 6. Since we were looking for a little adventure, he brought us some wake boards and even provided a spare cooler in case we needed it. We ended up spending an amazing day out on the inter coastal, wake boarding and soaking in the sun. The boat was very easy to manage, and great for those less experienced. The boats condition was exactly as expected. The engine worked perfectly and we had no issues. The interior of the boat has some wear due to being used often and the age of the boat, but it is very much in good condition.

If you are considering this boat as a rental option, I can honestly say I highly recommend it! The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with, and the boat handled great out on the water.

The boat that was available was an older boat I thought boats are owned by privat owners rented out to help offset cost but I guess I was wrong and you could see it Due to idle speed only on the intercoastal or in Fort Lauderdale river this particular boat had a dead spot in the throttle which made controlling the boat really difficult for beginner’s maybe a little dangerous

Our boat was not available due to an issue with the previous renter so Nick upgraded us to his 21ft. Nick and his partner could not have been more courteous and hospitable. The boat was ready, clean and fully gassed up upon arrival. They gave some great points to visit and the return was just as easy.

Boat Owner Nick is great ! great communications and very flexible... The only boat that was available was an older boat in the fleet. These boats are RENTAL BOATS, I was under the impression that these were personal boats that owners rented out to help offset cost of ownership.. I was wrong. Due to idle speed only on the intercoastal, this particular boat had a dead spot in the throttle which made controlling the boat difficult, boat did not feel reliable. Buyer beware! EXPECT RENTAL BOATS

Great rental experience. We were met on time by Mike at the dock, the boat was clean and in great condition. Good explanation of the features and controls. The Bluetooth connection to the stereo was easy and the stereo worked very well. The boat handled well and had lots of room. If you are looking for a great boat for a fun day out on the canals and sandbars around Ft Lauderdale then I would highly recommend Nick and this boat.
