Captain William was amazing very knowledgeable when touring lake Washington and the billionaire home tour!! Would differently recommend this yacht for anyone looking to have a fantastic time on the water. Our team had a blast!!

Captain Will was extremely attentive and friendly. The amenities on board are amazing, the ride is smooth, you can play your own music which can be heard throughout the vessel. We brought dinner aboard and the first mate kindly prepped it and served it to us on the top deck. I cannot recommend Captain Will more. Always a delight. We will be back!

Our group had an amazing time on the boat! We were given a great tour of Lake Washington and the crew was very accommodating. Captain Will was very communicative leading up to our reservation which made the process of getting to/on the boat seamless. The boat itself was perfect for 13 people, all 13 can fit inside if it's raining. I would highly recommend booking with Will and hope to book again soon!

Fantastic day on the water with William! We had a blast, and the captain knew so much that I feel like we got a bonus tour of the area while aboard. I did this for a corporate outing with clients and everyone was raving about the experience. 10/10 would recommend!

A few rules, but that goes with the territory of owning a boat.

William was great! He made sure that we all had an amazing time and he did an impressive parallel parking of the yacht between two other boats in the end ;)

The boat is OK. The boat owner was not nice.
We rented the boat at August 11 and put down a separate $500 deposit, with the understanding per Boatsetter's policy that this deposit should be returned to me after the rental time frame.

However, this deposit was never returned to me in full. The boat owner has claimed that my friend group and I have damaged a table during our time on the boat, and this has cost him $250 dollar to fix, which he has deducted from our deposit. He provided a picture of the supposedly damaged table and an invoice for the repair fees. My issues with these events and "evidences" are that:

1) He has never provided any support to show that it was indeed my friend group and I that had damaged his table. Without this evidence, it should not be possible to claim that we are the ones who caused the supposed damage. He has also not provided any additional details around the supposed damage beyond the unclear photo.

2) The invoice he provided and that I have attached below does not total the $250 sum he had charged us. In addition, I could not find evidence that the vendor "Eddie's Marine Services" as a legitimate business, and the address within the invoice is for an apartment complex, not a boat repair shop.

Will was a great host! The boat was awesome and he took us on a really cool tour. The boat is huge and the ride was amazing. When renting a large boat in Seattle, I will only use will. 5 star experience

Captain Will and his first mate were lovely. Professionals. Knows all the history and spots on the water. You can tell that they love what they do. Boat was clean and well kept.

Captain Will and First Mate Kennedy went above and beyond to make my 30th birthday party a memorable one. It was a well-organized event and we were so pleasantly surprised by the effort Kennedy made to plate and serve all of our food, as well as herd the group for photo opps. Based on previous reviews we went in knowing there would be a rule/safety briefing prior to sailing - which would be expected when using someone else’s property! Overall a great experience - thank you Will and Kennedy! :)

My group had an incredible time on Capt. Will's boat! It was an absolute blast and we were well taken care of. The first mate served us drinks and plated our food throughout the entire evening- we didn't have to lift a finger. Couldn't have asked for a better crew to show us around the lake- would highly recommend!

The yacht pick up us in the Seattle downtown, which is very convenient. The yacht is large and comfortable, there are 3 levels. Captain Will and assistant were very friendly and helpful. Captain showed us the houses of millionaires on Lake Washington. It was a great January day, cold but sunny, we saw Mt. Rainier and a beautiful sunset. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing time on the yacht! Crew was friendly. Went on a 4 hour cruise for my bachelorette party and it was perfect! Good music system, very spacious, variety of floats to use for swimming!

Everything has been great. Boat has plenty of space for our 12 people. Captain is very knowledgeable. His assistant provided what we need. The catering service recommended by Captain is good. We had a very memorable evening on the lake Washington. The yacht is beautiful.

The boat was the perfect size and layout for our group and the staff was friendly. We would do it again.

The boat was beautiful and the day was amazing. Captain Will was initially pleasant over phone but once on the boat was a bit rude and anal retentive. I understand his wanting safety on the boat but he treated our group of 30-40 year old women as if we were youths who lacked common sense. I will also note he attempted to swap out my 2024 yellow boat tag for Seafair with a 2017 which I found to speak to his overall character.

The captain is friendly and responsive. The boat was really comfy for 13 people and kid friendly. We brought bbq and snacks. The boat has bluetooth to play music, floating mat, noodles for the water, and someone to assist us. Kids under 13 will need to keep on life jackets which was not a problem for our kids. Nice views and the captain in knowledgeable about the areas we toured.

From the start, Will was late getting to the dock where we were all ready and prompt for our start time. Before boating he notified me that he would have a boat hand aboard helping, but did not informing me that his niece and her friend would also be aboard. At the end of the trip he requested a large tip for this "crew" even though 3 people not needed to support our 5 hour trip from Lake Union to Andrew's Bay. Not to mention, we are in the middle of a pandemic and did not appreciate having 2 additional strangers aboard with us.
Next, be weary of Will's strict policies aboard. You will take off your shoes right when you get on board. He will sit your whole group down (literally) and spend the next 5-10 minutes listing rules. It is expected for there to be rules on a nice boat, but his approach and hospitality was unnecessary. It dampened the mood for our group of 14 people and no one felt comfortable touching anything, sitting or even using the bathroom.
This boat is great, big and spacious (hence the 2 stars), it's just the captain's demeanor, approach and hospitality that could be improved. If you're looking for a boat for a casual cruise with office folks, then this is for you. If you have a group of friends you want to party with and have a good time, this isn't for you.

Capt Will and first mate were amazing. Had a wonderful time, he was helpful but not intrusive. The boat was great and they had great service (getting drinks, playing music, setting up food, dessert etc). Highly recommend sailing with Capt Will and this fine boat.

We had a great time! Got this rental for my sisters bachelorette party and it was a success. The boat is beautiful and the staff was nice, accommodating and chill. No complaints.
