So, we thought—why not offer cozy short-term rentals and a pontoon to cruise around this clear, sparkling lake? Let’s talk about the boat: it’s a 2015 Southbay 422FCR, and yes—it comes with SeaLegs! If you haven’t heard of SeaLegs before, they’re basically the superhero landing gear for pontoons. These retractable legs let you "dock" just about anywhere, no buoys needed—as long as they reach the lake bottom. It’s super simple to use and makes hopping in and out near other boaters a breeze. We’ve got life jackets for everyone onboard, so safety’s always part of the adventure. Whether you’re a seasoned captain or just looking to float and chill, this pontoon is all about easy vibes and smooth rides. Oh, and when you're out there, don’t miss the two legendary sandbars on the lake—perfect for dropping anchor and soaking up the sun. One’s just southwest of the point on the left side if you're leaving from our pickup spot. The other? Locals call it "Astronaut Beach", and it’s tucked northeast of the north point.
