Andrew was fabulous! Communicated very well and even bought an infant life vest for our little ones first cruise! Such a fun day for all!

John was great, but we had engine trouble on the water (this is going to happen from time to time inherent to boating of course, but nonetheless problematic to find yourself adrift)

Andrew and Jack were great hosts, very friendly and nice to talk to! This is my first boating experience but everything was on point from start to finish. Andrew arrived early to gave me a dry run with informative briefing, stayed long enough to make sure we safely embark. Jack was there welcoming us back and helping us secure the boat. The boat itself is powerful yet smooth, we took a full trip around Lake Washington with plenty of fuel left. Excellent experience!

Great day out on the water. John was very accommodating with his time and was right on time when we got there. Only thing that would have made it excellent was boat cleanliness when we arrived. There were a few ropes and life jackets laying around that we had to clean up. But overall a great experience. Recommend!

John's Sea Ray 190 looked and performed just as I expected when I made the booking. It's a fun, easy-to-manage bowrider great for a family day on the lakes. John also made it super-easy to rent, staying in touch and answering our questions with quick response times – and pick-up/drop-off was a breeze. We'd be happy to rent this or other boats from John again!

I wasn't sure what to expect when booking this for the first time. If you've never been down to where your boat is, I'd recommend getting there a little early as it might have challenges finding exactly where you need to meet up.
Other than that, 5 stars for these gentlemen. Very kind and helpful. Was a wonderful experience all around and looking forward to booking again! Highly recommend..

Everything went perfectly renting Andrew's boat! Andrew was quick to respond and was friendly/easy to work with. He even included a water tube as a surprise as I had inquired about water toys. Our group had so much fun and I would rent his boat again in a heartbeat! 100% recommend!

Boat wasn't clean and empty containers from previous renters were not removed prior to our rental.
Also, we feel that we were ripped off on the fuel charges as we spent most of the time floating on Lake Union to only get a larger than expected fuel charge from John.
I've been boating for years and understand that boats use a lot of fuel, however when most of the time is spent floating with the engine turned off I was surprised to get such a large fee without any explanation or response.

John was there before and after. He filled boat with gas, didnt require us to do it. Paid for gas of course, but was nice to not have to fill it. Good boat. Unless u wanna just float around on Lake Union, I'd recommend a 3 hour tour. We went for 2 hours and that restricted our adventure. Overall was a nice float. And booked on short notice so was good.
