My friends and I visited Miami to celebrate my birthday and decided to rent with Robinson. Best decision we could’ve made. Definitely a 10/10 experience. The captain (Mike) and crew (Cristina) was nothing short of AMAZING. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Will definitely rent from Robinson again!!!

The crew were amazing hosts! Carolina was quick to respond my last-minute booking, punctual, courteous and friendly. She made sure that we had a great time with safety in mind. It was so cool to hang out with friends and just chill watching the sunset. Overall, Robinson and Zuly are amazing. Would definitely book another trip with them in the future. Highly recommend!

I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped on board until the end of the voyage, every aspect of the journey was nothing short of outstanding. The crew members were incredibly hospitable.

The boat itself was great. However, the communication was horrific. The captain & the “owner” messaged me so many times asking me to switch times. Then they never sent me the correct address, which was different than my email stated. Then they tried cutting us 1hr short when they said we could get up to 1hr free and I said I would take 30 min short,Also the captain told me who to do the final payment to then stated I didn’t pay him when he clearly saw me make my payment.we got in a yelling match

Robinson and his first mate were excellent! His communication was quick and helpful every time I had a question and the boat was clean and beautiful! We had an absolute blast celebrating a bachelorette and was the perfect way to end a fun filled weekend in Miami. Once we were on the boat, they took over serving our snacks and champagne we’d brought and even dancing with us. Would 100% book with them again. So much fun!!

We had the best time with Captain Robinson and Carolina!! They are the best hosts. I booked the boat for a bachelorette party and they handled everything for me from food (even got a custom cake made) to drinks and decor. The definitely made our trip memorable and it was everybody’s favorite time of the whole trip!!!

We had a great experience! Family of 8 with people of different age groups. The boat is nice and with plenty of space. Carolina was very kind and helpful. Can not wait to do it again!

BOOK THIS BOAT!I was just expecting my reservation to get us a boat and a captain- this was SO MUCH MORE!!! The service on this boat was unbeatable. We got better service on this boat than at our 5 star hotel. If you are searching for a boat that will have great a seating areas, a stellar sound system, and TOP NOTCH attentive & friendly service, look no further!!!

Good experience on the boat, beautiful boat for the price given. Also No hidden fees. However they should communicate and give better instructions as far as the process for choosing a captain.

Had our cruise last night, and I couldn’t wait to leave a review! From beginning to end, communication was wonderful. The price was excellent, but the service blew us away! I could not believe what an amazing cruise we got. They were willing and open to go where we wanted to go and had great information on celebrity houses. We stopped by the Walgreens and got some lunch, Ables and fruit and drinks and they just made it look like a restaurant put it together! I cannot wait to go back!

Robinson and his crew were immaculate!!! During our trip before we could ask for something the crew was 2 steps ahead and bringing it to us. 5 star service!! I will be booking again for sure.

OUTSTANDING! There aren’t words to describe the level of service we received during our tour. The staff was accommodating and the overall experience was just AMAZING. Although we arrived late, they managed to still accommodate us as well as the Jet Ski’s we ordered. I will MOST DEFINITELY recommend and utilize their services again. And again. And again.
