They are always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The boat looked brand new and had everything we needed for both an adults-only day and a family outing.

I rented Captain Alex’s boat service for my son’s 16th birthday, and it was an amazing experience! My son and his friends had such a great time — Alex was extremely friendly, professional, and made sure the teenagers could relax and enjoy themselves. Alex & Jessica are the best!! First time reservation on Boatsetter. Very easy process using the app & they were so communicative & helpful during the entire process. Alex showed us how to use everything on the boat in great detail. Jessica gave us great tips on where to go for tubing and swimming. The boat itself is amazing! Brand new pontoon with the perfect outboard motor for speed. We had such an amazing day & when we returned to the boat ramp, they were there to help us. THANK YOU!!

Alex was a great captain for our bachelorette trip! He provided us a cooler for our drinks, allowed us to bring snacks aboard, provided a lily pad for us to float, and took us to all the hot spots around the lake. Alex was a safe and good driver and will be using his services again!

Alex and his wife were AMAZING hosts. We rented this boat for my birthday and we all had the best time. They had a cooler ready with ice and waters and took us to a great cove to float and then a sandbar to hangout before we ended the day. Our group already said we would love to rent again with Alex before the summer is over.
