Cancelled the day of 30 mins before departure time.
No back up left at the hotel with no charter. Had to make it a pool day.

1. After paying for services prior to start date and received a location pick-up I received a notification that the location changed to behind a motel....
2.We arrived, no parking available, my husband and I was asked to park on the side of the road which clearly stated no parking...
3. When we arrived on the "Yacht" we could smell the fumes and diesel smoke from the "Yacht"....
4. Before explaining any safety standards we were asked for more money. Needless to say we left!
