Jeff was very courteous from the very beginning. He was not only helping us to get our belongings on the boat, but also giving good guidance, when needed. The boat itself was in excellent condition and offered plenty of space for my family and me. He showed us important features, the safety instructions were clear and helped us getting through a safety inspection that was carried out by the coast guard.

Our experience was outstanding. Jeff is very personable and thoroughly reviewed all safety and boating requirements. The boat was perfect for our group of six people. I would highly recommend Jeff as a rental, the location puts you easly within reach of all the local points of interest by boat.

Vessel was clean, good working condition , well equipped boat , alot of storage, engines work perfectly and push boat very well fuel consumption @ avg 35-45 mph was $85 over a 6 hr period total mileage traveled was 50 miles dock to dock . Owner has alot of areas marked in equipment to have spots to go and fish and sandbars to chill. Very good explaining all the equipment and navigation of the boat overall a very enjoyable day on the water . Owner is very friendly ethical and helpful.

First of all, during the entire booking process before we actually booked his boat, Captain Jeff was amazing in how quickly and completely he answered our questions.
On the date of our booking, he provided a full explanation of where everything was onboard; the GPS/navigation system; gave us some ideas of where/what we might want to do with our time. The boat was superb; very comfortable, clean and easy to operate.
Upon return, Jeff even offered use of his home bathroom!!! He was fantastic!!

It was difficult finding a boat and Captain that would pick us up & drop us of at our own canal home, but it wasn't a problem for Jeff, which made our day so easy. Met Jeff on the morning of our rental to go over the boat electronics, GPS and safety equipment. Jeff is a very pleasant fellow to deal with. Boat is well equipped. His attention to detail is excellent. He went out of his way to accommodate us and made it a memorable experience.
The 200 HP motor had a lot of spunk. We cruised at 20 MPH with 10 on board and were pleasantly surprised that we only used 20 gallons of the 45 gallon gas tank over the day. Thank you.

it has plenty. Windlass, very up to date & interactive electronics, tools, all the safety equipment, med kit, spreaders, etc. The new Mercs are smooth and responsive. Although the boat model says 23 Sport.. the boat is closer to 25'.You'll like the boat and dealing with Jeff.

Jeff is very helpful and had good suggestions on places to visit with the boat. Boat had latest electronics with route guidance that worked very similar to a car. We had a great day on Jeff’s boat.

Great rental experience! Tritoon was awesome for our group of 8. Took it all the way to North Captiva for lunch and Sanibel the next day. Don’t settle for anything with less power, this boat has all the capability of 30+ easy.

Had a great day aboard Jeffs 24 foot tritoon. We were very lucky with the weather on this early October day. Lots of sun and though the wind was pretty strong on our return journey up the Calusahattche, we could still cruise at 25mph, thanks to the design of the tritoon boat and especially the 200hp Honda 4-stroke engine. You will not do that in a 20 foot pontoon with a 115hp engine. On top of that, Jeff is super nice and easy to work with. Great day touring the Sanibel and Captiva islands!

Great boat! Handles the waves and chop like a champ. Extremely comfortable seats, nice GPS interface, very quit engine, which doesn’t burn too much fuel, but is powerful enough to propel a boat full at a good cruising speed. Very well equipped with a danforth anchor and a sand anchor as well for anchoring off the beach. The boarding ladder is sturdy and easy to use when getting back on from the water. The owner Jeff is a very gracious host, and is very good at explaining the systems of the vsl.

Jeff was a fantastic host. He goes above and beyond with the navigation by providing a large tablet with an app boaters know, navinonics. He also has a top of the line Garmin so your double covered. Bright displays and good information make for a great day boating. The changing room was a little tricky for my senior citizen passenger to use but it did the job. If I could give Jeff 6 stars I would, definitely going to rent through him again when I return to the area.

What a great experience! Jeff was out of town, his business partner Larry helped us with our boat rental. Larry made it super easy and explained everything to us. Told us about the area and what to expect. Boat was clean and the 200hp motor paired with tritoon was more than enough to take on the waves. We went to Sanibel Island and anchored out to do some shelling and saw a lot of Dolphins and other wildlife while out on the water. Stereo has Bluetooth also and sounded great!

He wouldn’t let us get our own beverages, took all the pictures we requested. We had a blast and would recommend it for every small group! He and Larry even let us take a ride on the jet ski. We loved boating with Jeff. He was very thorough before we left his dock, explaining all of the safety gear and controls. He also gave us great recommendations on where to take the boat. The boat itself was a lot of fun. Very spacious and stable. We beached it on an island and had a great time swimming in less traveled waters. Jeff has been boating in this area for a long time and is happy to share insights and suggestions.

We were in town with my son and his family for a week of r+r. We wanted to get on the water and experience Fort Myer and Sanibel Island from the ocean view. We got lucky and connected with Jeff thru Boatsetter. Jeff was very attentive and accommodating to our group and made sure that things were perfect for a mom and her two small children. Jeff was amazing. Very thorough walkthrough of the vessel, helpful tips (and an extra hand at the dock). The 23 sport twin 150’s are powerful, the boat is nimble and safe, and has lots of space and storage. We took it out on a less than ideal day, with a fair amount of chop and wind gusts and stayed safe and dry, including our Basenji, Breeze, on the bow. Thank you, Jeff! We will definitely rent again while our boat is getting built.

This was a great trip. Jeff took a lot of time to give me the rules and make me comfortable piloting his boat for the trip. The software he showed me plotted the route there and back and made sure we stayed at appropriate depths for the boat. I haven’t had this much fun in ages and would recommend Jeff as a trainer for a novice.
