“Sail across San Francisco Bay on the 72' scow schooner GAS LIGHT, a replica of the ships that sailed these waters in the 1850s. The shipping trade was alive and well in the mid-1800s, with ships carrying goods to various ports throughout the Bay area. Flat-bottomed scows were more adept in navigating the bay's shallow waters and a scow schooner was a familiar sight sailing the inland waterways. GAS LIGHT was built in the 1990 with a steel hull which harkens back to that original design and now includes all the creature comforts of the modern era. ”

The sail trip was everything I had hoped for my husband’s 40th birthday. Starting from booking the boat, organizing the day of, food, crew - everything was amazing. Allie was very approachable for any questions. The crew was super helpful and friendly. It all felt like they went all out to celebrate with us as though they were part of our family. The sail itself was amazing. Beautiful clear day helped to provide stunning views. I cannot wait to go back with them and sail again. Thanks a ton guys

Where do I start? My trip on the Gas Light was unforgettable! I chartered the boat for a company summer celebration and my team and I had an amazing time. The crew was warm, welcoming, professional and fun. The views of the SF bay from the boat were magical. I cannot recommend this experience enough! If you're thinking about booking a trip on this beautiful boat just do it! You wont regret it!

We had a great time on the Gas Light. Everything was very easy. The crew was friendly and helpful. The drinks were good. We brought our own food and I was a little worried there wouldn't be enough space to put it out but the cabin was roomier than it looked in the photos and there was more than enough space.

Great experience! Got to cruise under the golden gate bridge and the owners gave us awesome stories about SF. Super cool boat and they provided extra jackets for us. Would book with again.

Perfect outing on the Blue Skies trawler. We were picked up right next to the Ferry Plaza building and Allie and her husband were ready to customize our trip to whatever we wanted to do. We were able to cruise south a bit and visit McCovey Cove and cruise by Chase Stadium and see all the construction that's happened in Mission Bay. We loved it. Then, as the weather got even better, we headed out under the new span of the Bay Bridge, around Angel Island and then back along the SF waterfront!
