James response time was immediate and we were renting 2 days prior. He was amazing to work with and very helpful the day of the rental. I like that he was able to meet us at a boat dock close to where we live. It was a very easy transaction and a very reasonable deposit versus some others. The boat is in pristine condition had enough room for our entire family. Some of us were lounging and others were fishing and swimming. I would rent this boat again.

Reserved this boat with a group of friends for my birthday and we had an amazing time! There was 10 of with plenty of space and the boat came with pretty much everything we needed. Having the option to add on the mat and tube was really cool and made our time so much more fun. James is an amazing host to say the least, the whole reservation process was very easy and I would definitely book again!

James was accommodating, booking was smooth, the boat was nice and updated and had everything we need. Only thing I would suggest is if you’re from out of town or not from the area, please know that Pinnacle Access is an actual location and ask for the address to get to the pinnacle area as we were unaware of what that meant and can save you time from making the mistake we did (went to a different address that was listed, when instructions said go to Pinnacle Access).

James and his wife literally have thought of everything with their boat. From Bluetooth, floats, water games, hair ties and a charger available for your use. Boat was amazing and very spacious compared to older model pontoons we’ve been on. Thank you for a great day on the water.
