Theresa

We had a great time! The boat was clean and spacious. We had plenty of room for our party of 10. Theresa was easy to work with and we had a positive experience. We will repeat!

Scott and Samantha were INCREDIBLE!!! Rented this boat and found Scott as a captain, total blind faith and it was the best time. There was 9 of us for my birthday and they were extremely polite, friendly and helped get us drinks, play music, and clean up. I felt like a queen. Thank you to Theresa as well for the quick responses and being so easy. My friends kept saying "we are doing this every. year." Thank you again everybody!!

My friends and I had the best time on Theresa’s boat! Tom and his first mate Jeff made sure everything went smoothly and were such a fun crew. The boat was spacious and perfect for our group. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We had a blast! Theresa was prompt with answering my questions and communicating. She was very helpful and provided great resources in regards to finding a captain. Tom and Jeff were absolutely the best captains. They also engaged in conversations with my friends and I. If you're looking for a charter look no further. This is the one that you should book. I look forward to booking this yacht again in 2025.

Great experience! Communicative throughout and wonderful boat to enjoy a day in the play pen

Great boat for our group! Seamless booking and day-of experience. The lily pad and swim noodles were a great plus

We had an excellent time on the lake. The boat was clean with ample space for all 10 of us. We never felt crowded and the front of the boat was a fabulous place to lay out. Theresa was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly. I would absolutely book this boat again.

Theresa was responsive and helpful. She provided a list of captains and we went with Mike, who was very laid back. Had a wonderful time on the water!

Great cruise. Ashur was great and the boat was as well. Will be back!

The time on the water was great. But the boat itself required maintenance. It needed to get jumped for us to go so although we were thankful our excursion was not cancelled, it was delayed about half an hour to get on the water. So once we were stopped at the playpen , the boat needed to be jumped again to leave. This was not something i expected with the of money paid for the experience. The toilet also was having issues. But it was a fun day and Captain Evan was great.

The boat was very clean and a good size for us. We had a great time and captain Scott was amazing. Theresa was very communicative and answered all my questions

Very easy process and she provided a list of captains that made getting a captain a breeze. The boat itself was perfect for our group of 12 friends. The captain, Scott, and his deckhand, Chris, were great as well, allowing for a fun and stress free experience. Thanks, Theresa! Will book again.

Theresa was extremely helpful in getting things going, even when the captain canceled a week before trip.

Boat description was accurate and fit our needs. Our party of 12 enjoyed the day and we retained Captain Scott who is familiar with the boat. He was fun and great to work with. He brought help to get us drinks while on the water or laying in the sun on the boat deck. That was super convenient. We were really worry free. Boat owner was super responsive. We would book again!

Theresa and Captian Mike were wonderful! Theresa had a quick response and was incredibly helpful! Captian Mike was so fun and we had a wonderful time. Will book with both again!

Horrible and unacceptable experience. Two captains recommended by the owner cancelled last minute. The boat was filthy, reeked of vomit, and was in poor condition. When we asked about promised accommodations, the owner repeatedly threatened to cancel and treated our group in a blatantly discriminatory and racist manner. We deserve a full refund. No customer should have to experience treatment like this and an apology is nowhere near enough.

Theresa was an amazing host and delivered flawless customer service. The whole boat rental experience was outstanding with plenty of room for our group of twelve people. We’d definitely recommend Theresa for anyone who is interested in doing a boat rental on Lake Michigan.
