Good Morning Ms. Lucy,
I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to ride out on your boat. Although it was not a success the Captain was a joy and the outside breeze was nice. I did however wanted to say that I was disappointed in the boat its self. It’s was not what I was expecting. I was under the impression that the boat would have AC. I planed a luncheons for my husband down below where he and the girls would eat and open gifts. That did not happen due to the heat. There was not frigid to store the food, and I was very nervous that the food would spoil. I know I inquired about the speakers and your response was we could use Bluetooth. Which was not a problem, but it became one when we realize that the outlet did not work. With no power, the music kept going in and out, very frustrating. Cell phone were running out of power with no way to recharge them. The girls was ready to head back in after a couple of hours on the water, with no air and no music. I was really disappointed and felt really bad for my family not enjoying the sail as much as I had plan them too. All in all they said it was nice, but I know they were just trying to make me feel better.

Lucy was superb! Great communication and very friendly. The little CD 25 is a sweet sailing boat in the Galveston Bay conditions. Totally recommend!!

We had a great captain (Parker) but the vessel was in poor shape with no bimini cover, missing cushions and frayed cushions in the cockpit and tables in the cockpit that could not be locked in place. The poor condition of the cockpit left us concerned about other maintenance on the vessel and embarrassed us with our out of town guests.

Was not happy with the company, they originally approved my boat choice that said it would accommodate 6 passengers a week and a half before the confirmed sail date. On the day of, the company calls me and says we need a bigger boat and that we couldn’t go out on the one they approved and then charged me 230.00 extra dollars which i was not accounting for. i would have cancelled but it was for a surprise bday so they left me in a really crappy spot and didn’t even try to help. shitty service.

Had a great time. Lucy was communicative, flexible and genuinely concerned with our safety and experience. Love the CD design — toe rails in the water! Looking forward to next time...

Good experience with this organization. We struggled with schedule and they were very accommodating. Boat performed well and Captain Carlos was pleasant!!

This was a wonderful experience! We rented the boat, captained, to spread my father's ashes at sea. The crew was extremely kind and respectful. The whole experience was memorable and just perfect.
