Had a great time thanks to Captain Kris and Cheri—exceptional service! Boat was picked up dirty, causing a delay, and vessel’s speakers didn’t work, but Cheri borrowed a portable one to save the day. Restrooms were clean but had a strong odor. Limited ice was resolved by crew. Owner Dave was helpful but clearly new to BoatSetter. Fort Lauderdale route is more urban than scenic. Overall, great experience because of the crew, but the boat needs some attention before rebooking.
