We had an incredible time! Scott was a wonderful captain, very accommodating, and the boat had everything we needed.

Our captain was unhelpful, unenjoyable, inappropriate. He asked us to not use the bathroom. He docked the boat in the opening of the break water even though we asked him not to. When we asked to move to a calmer area, he said it would take too much time. When the first engine died, he should have called for help but instead continued on and then the second engine died. Instead of giving our group reassurance or an ETA on timing for when help would come, he stayed silent. Our boat almost crashed.

Captain Scott was very knowledgeable and our group felt safe riding with him. He let us enjoy ourselves and make our time on the boat all about us!

Had a great time on the boat! Only things were, no toilet paper was on the boat- even if it’s not allowed to be flushed, it should still be provided. And there was an additional captain fee on the day of- this should be fully reflected on the app in my opinion. But was overall a good experience- Scott and Cynthia were very clear about rules and helped us feel safe. Cynthia in particular was very sweet to one of my friends who was suffering from seasickness.
