The boat was great, customer service was great, but the only thing that didn’t go well was the lack of communication on parking. We were not made aware that you could not park on site for the rental. Our car was towed and cost us $400 to get out of impound. Please make your future users aware of this- if we would’ve known, we would have just Uber’d.
