Great group of poeple. But lots of goof ups along the way. Had some issues at the beginning that eliminated the purpose for our trip... only thing she wanted to see was the sunset... it was completely blocked out due to us being 30 minutes delayed. We requested and had an english speaking captain, then lost him. Our then captain did not speak or understand english.. We made the most of it and a it was a fun ride. will do again.

Great trip! Communication was excellent and very easy. Marina is very close to the bay and in a perfect location near Brickell. Highly recommend!

Easy to find& contact. Was communicative and allowed us to choose a captain of 8 men. I told the vibe were looking for & were told to choose William kohn.a young man who’s sweet & easygoing. We’re a group of 5 women celebrating a bach & bday he had Angel onboard for training. They had a speaker that we used, a cooler w/water,& they took pictures of us when asked. We had a great time. Unfortunately at the very end the boat died but they worked together to get us back to dock in time for dinneresi

We spent time with Captain Kirby and first mate Luci on the pink boat and had an amazing time. The captain and first mate were kind, friendly, and most of all very competent; cruise with them if you get a chance. They checked on us regularly but were not intrusive. The boat was in great shape and very comfortable; easily fit our group of 7 with plenty of room to spare.

This is our second time with Boatsetter and I highly recommend.

Boat cleanliness and condition not in line with the pictures. Dirty and smelling weird.

Communication was great during the booking process and the boat, captain and experience was unforgettable. Its well worth the money to have the freedom and privacy of a private charter. I highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Boat changed at last minute and communication was great. They provided another option and took care of everything. Captain was AMAZING and took excellent care of us. I will definitely book again every time I am in Miami.

The boat and our captain were amazing. It took longer than expected to get out to the ocean from the marina so the majority of our 3 hour time slot was spent trolling down the river with no wake. Knowing this, next time I would book for longer to allow more time out on the open water. We had a great time sightseeing and swimming and enjoying our ride! We also appreciated the complimentary drinks provided. So much fun!

Had an amazing time out on the water, the boat was clean, spacious, and had plenty of accommodations. Jean was an excellent captain and would recommend the entire experience to everyone

Boat had engine failure and was not able to go at speed leading to more than usual rockiness. Captain was a nice guy but dismissive of the engine issues. No resolution from the company. Lots of paperwork hassle ahead of time. We made it into a nice day but won’t use again.

Awful! Capt arrived 30 min. late. When we get on the boat we go to the bathroom and there is pee everywhere, disgusting! NOT clean! Water was NOT WORKING so can’t wash your hands. Then I notice Capt is running on 1 engine, other one NOT WORKING. Then boat speaker NOT WORKING, there’s a potable speaker but it’s NOT CHARGED. Then we try and hide from rain in cabin, AC NOT WORKING. We decided to leave bc of weather and get stuck for 1hr bc Capt’s radio is NOT WORKING so he can’t call in to dock us

This was just a great time getting to experience Miami and the. Captain Leo was amazing an brought the amazing energy and atmosphere
