The boat and our captain were amazing. It took longer than expected to get out to the ocean from the marina so the majority of our 3 hour time slot was spent trolling down the river with no wake. Knowing this, next time I would book for longer to allow more time out on the open water. We had a great time sightseeing and swimming and enjoying our ride! We also appreciated the complimentary drinks provided. So much fun!

Great trip! Communication was excellent and very easy. Marina is very close to the bay and in a perfect location near Brickell. Highly recommend!

Easy to find& contact. Was communicative and allowed us to choose a captain of 8 men. I told the vibe were looking for & were told to choose William kohn.a young man who’s sweet & easygoing. We’re a group of 5 women celebrating a bach & bday he had Angel onboard for training. They had a speaker that we used, a cooler w/water,& they took pictures of us when asked. We had a great time. Unfortunately at the very end the boat died but they worked together to get us back to dock in time for dinneresi

We spent time with Captain Kirby and first mate Luci on the pink boat and had an amazing time. The captain and first mate were kind, friendly, and most of all very competent; cruise with them if you get a chance. They checked on us regularly but were not intrusive. The boat was in great shape and very comfortable; easily fit our group of 7 with plenty of room to spare.

This is our second time with Boatsetter and I highly recommend.

Communication was great during the booking process and the boat, captain and experience was unforgettable. Its well worth the money to have the freedom and privacy of a private charter. I highly recommend!
