“I am a licensed OUPV Captain (Inland waterways) I have been active around boats since I was 7 years old, spending 2 months of every summer on an island in the middle of nowhere on a large freshwater lake, driving since I was 14. Now here in Florida running up and down the intracoastal waterway. I will manage your boat as I would my own, starting with a pre-launch check of the boat, motor, safety systems, electrical, radio, and life saving equipment. I carefully review the planned course, current maps, tides, and weather. If customers are aboard, let me deal with all the above while they enjoy the sites, music, and laughs. I will point out any wildlife and points of interest along the way.”
