Great time, boat ran well.

One of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had renting anything. What a great concept to be able to visit Lake Tahoe and be able to rent a boat to enjoy the lake, everything on the boat worked great the contact and directions were fantastic! Highly recommend.

Helpful staff but the boat needs work. Upholstery had lots a tears and overall condition left a lot to be desired.

Great experience renting this Tritoon boat. Check in was easy. Boat ran well, seating was comfortable, and had plenty of room for 10 adults. Cruised to Emerald Bay, then Chambers and back to South Shore.

These guys were great. Easy process to book and had an awesome time on the lake. We had a boat issue at one point and they quickly switched us out boats so that we could keep enjoying the lake. 10/10 experience!

We had such an amazing experience renting from Ron! Everything was super clean, well maintained, and perfectly put together when we arrived. Ron was so kind and even surprised us with an upgrade, which made our day on the lake even better! We had so much fun and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Crew at the pickup and drop off facility was great - responsive and informative. Boat performed well when underway. Experienced one slow start but followed the trouble shooting guide and solved problem

Easy And comfortable service

Check in and check out process was smooth. Employees were very friendly. Was an older boat and the engine ran well and we had a ton of fun. The one downside and reason this is 4 stars was the boat's steering wheel was incredibly hard to turn, even for strong men steering. It was stuck and very difficult to turn right. The employees knew this and sent us out in it anyways. In hindsight we should have asked for this to be fixed before we left.

Our boat rental was the highlight of our trip to Lake Tahoe! Ron made everything so simple and smooth. The boat was just as we saw in the pictures, spotless and ready to go when we arrived. We had an AMAZING time today! The boat rental was effortless; everything was explained very well. Staff was courteous and friendly. Lake Tahoe is gorgeous, especially after seeing it from on the lake.

We had a great time but we're a bit disappointed because we were trying to find a different boat rental then last year, but it was the same. This is not a private person it is actually thru Tahoesports.com had we known that we would have picked a different pickup location or tried a different company. This particular boat was a little rough, lots of broken items such as cup holders and dash board box would not close, mostly all cosmetic. But my boys had a great time.

I rented a boat for myself, wife, and 3 little kids and it was super easy. There was lots of staff to help us get out on water and for when we returned.
I wasn’t sure how they would charge us for fuel because I saw mixed comments in reviews and it was kinda vague in the website. But, They only charged us for what we used, which was nice! Overall, very happy 🤙🏼

Rented for a last hoorah for my family before the kids go back to school.
Everything was very easy. The staff were friendly and informative. (They were also very helpful and forgiving when we accidentally ended up in the wrong marina. I called them and they were able to easily guide me the right direction with the GPS. Though this unintentional detour made us a bit late, they took into account that when we called from the wrong location, we would have been on time. Very kind.) Had a blast!

Wow! What a boat. Great place to rent from. Great information upon check in. Great education on the operation and settings of boat. The boat had presets for wake and surf. And what a wake! This boat was the real deal if you want to surf or wake board on a top shelf boat. Would do it again tomorrow
