Amazing!! If you’re deciding between boats, pick these guys!

First time using this service. We booked only a couple of days before, but everything was smooth and thoroughly enjoyable (apart from the app having issues with non US based customers). Both the boat owner and the captain were a pleasure to work with.

We were party of 8, and we were very confortable in Ken boat. We spent 3 hours sailing trough Waikiki beachs and also we had the opportunity to snorkel and was amazing. Ken was very fast in answer any question and his boat is in very good condition. It was a amazing experience !!! We recommend him !!

I chartered a trip on one of Ken’s (the owner) boats well in advance for family vacation. We arrived at the pier on our scheduled date and time and shortly realized no one was coming. I was able to reach Ken via phone who through some wild mental gymnastics suggested that it was my fault for not reminding him since I had booked months in advance. Over a month later and I still haven’t received a refund nor a reply to any message.

I highly discourage anyone from booking with this captain.

Captian Ken from the start provided fantastic communication. I was very comfortable from the start with doing business with him. He worked with me to get a great rental for the time requested. The boat ride was well worth the time and had 4 hrs of excellent service and fun. We had a group of 20 people and eceryone left wishing there was more time! I highly recommend to anyone looking for something like this. We will use this again in the future. And boatsetter provides a military discount too.

So much fun ! This was a must and we had an amazing Captain . We were a group of 6 which included 2 kids and they had a blast. Turtles turtles !!! Had a blast snorkeling and truly amazing that we saw the turtles. Booking your own boat is a must and worth it. I 10/10 recommend . Have fun and make some memories .
