Easy to setup. Had a great time. Didn’t know we would be limited to an area. Gave a good map. Boat had a gps chart plotter. Boat was well worn and kinda old, but ran perfectly.

The boat ran great and we had a lot of fun!

A few items on the boat didn't work but the staff ensured they had a back up plan to correct. My family and friends family all had an amazing time. Boat ran flawlessly. Storm blew in and we had to cut our trip short 2 hours. Got a refund for the loss of time. Definitely will do this again next trip down.

Had a great day on the water. Booking was smooth. Despite the boat being unavailable on our desired day, they offered an alternate day which worked out better from a wind/weather standpoint.

Checkin was easy, deck hands were helpful in the walk through and castoff and docking.

Boat was in excellent shape and easy to operate. They offered a helpful map to navigate the local channels.

The weather was a little cold, but the boat was great. Didn't really get to put it through it's paces because it was too cold to go much over slow speed ops. Anchored off of shell key for lunch after puttering up Boca Ciega and back down. The boat was well rigged to fish, but we didn't take advantage of that. The folks at the marina were very nice and helpful getting us off the dock and also when we tied back up. Great time in spite of the weather.

Frank answered every question I had the only thing was nothing on the boat worked. We had no idea what depth we were or how much gas we had or how much we used as nothing worked. GPS didn’t work. Old boat

Got stuck in grass flats SE of Bay Bridge within sight of the Marina and there I sat for my entire outing with a house full of family waiting for me to show up at our dock. US Tow showed after two hours and said he could not get to me and had another call that was been waiting for an hour and half and I had been there 2hours. He asked me get out of the boat and pull it with anchor rope to deep water and wait for the tide to come in. Did that , the girl from the Marina pulled with jet ski.

Boat was great exactly as described! The guys at the Tierra Verde marina made it really easy both picking up and dropping off the boat. Would highly recommend renting from there. Frank was very responsive

We rented this boat for my friend’s birthday and to go see gasparilla. While Doug seemed nice through messaging and over the phone, he was not present the entire process of picking up or dropping off the boat. The staff at the rental place was great.

The boat was as pictured, however all the gauges did not work. The entire time we were out on the boat, the average speed was 10 mph. Going this speed the whole time prevented us from making it to Gasparilla. We spent all the time we had the boat driving toward Gasparilla until we realized we wouldn’t make it, at which point we had to turn back. When we returned, we asked about the slow speed, and the lady said that apparently the hall of the boat had too much water so the boat would not get level. The staff also mentioned that this caused us to use much more gas, which we were charged for.

Overall, Doug or his staff should have checked to make sure the boat was fully functioning before renting it out. We will not be renting here again.

I had a dangerous experience after the company allowed a boat rental during a Small Craft Advisory without warning, resulting in hazardous, choppy conditions. The vessel experienced engine failures and persistent alarms, a lack of seaworthiness, which the company has failed to address

I'm glad they appreciate customer service over money. Shortly after paying a nasty storm popped up delaying for a couple hours. I was surprised when I was given a partial refund for the time we waited the storm out. We had a blast, the boat was in great condition too. Would definitely recommend using

Rental was great from start to finish! Staff was really kind and helpful. We brough our two boys (9 and 7) and had plenty of space and shade with the Bimini top. Tiera Verde is a really good rental location for exploring Shell Key, Ft. De Soto, and Egmont Key areas. Recommended to anyone looking to explore south bay area. We had a blast!

This boat was absolutely perfect for 12 of us! We had an absolute blast. Very easy to use. Great people to work with.

We had a great time. All in all it was a good day.
