We have previously had a few issues with boat rentals from other individuals in Miami (late notice cancellations, boats not working on the day of) so it was nice to have everything run so smoothly this time. We booked with Roberto for my Bach trip and had the absolute best time. We added on the floating mat and ice. Roberto was kind enough to set up our cooler and allowed us to pick our destination. The yacht was exactly as pictured and perfect for our group. Our entire group raved about this day it was the highlight of our trip. Don’t think twice just book :)

Great boat, spacious and has everything you need!

Booked this for 6 hour for my birthday, we were having some bad weather and was worried about rain thunderstorms that day. Contacted them the day ahead of time, they suggested changing the booking to an earlier booking so we would hopefully miss any storms. Ended up being a good day on the water. We had few issues, but I was able to resolve them with the owner. They were very helpful accommodating and seemed to care about us our experience.

Roberto made the whole experience real smooth and great. Great time overall. Highly recommend.

An Unforgettable Afternoon on the Water!

We had the most amazing experience spending the afternoon on a boat in Miami with a fantastic captain. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Roberto was incredibly professional, punctual, and welcoming. He made sure we were comfortable and taken care of the entire time.

The boat was nice and well-equipped, and the ride was smooth and scenic. We cruised through beautiful spots, enjoyed great music, and even had time to swim and relax.

Roberto was an excellent host , very helpful and friendly. We celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday and it was an amazing experience for all of us . I highly recommend Roberto. We will definitely call him again .

Great boat and even better customer service. The boat was very spacious. Everyone had space to sit and stand. Very clean appliances and everything worked properly. The captain and owner was very accommodating and supportive. We extended the time without ease and he even helped carry majority of our supplies (cooler, food, drinks, etc.). We all felt very safe and had a great time. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I booked originally for 11AM - 5PM. THAT is what I paid for. I get a message saying that IF I wanted to arrive earlier, I could, that the captain would be there at 9:30AM. I said no because no one would make it on time. So the day comes, and when I sign the contract on the boat, the paperwork was altered to 10AM - 4PM. AT NO POINT was I told that was my new start time. They had booked another charter from 4PM and on, and I was rushed, FORCED for a start I didn't want/know.

Angel was a great captain. Despite an issue the night before our booking with our original boat, Roberto was great and was still able to accommodate us with a cruiser style boat so we were still able to enjoy our boat day!

Owner attempted to scam us by shortening the trip and refusing a refund for the difference. The original boat was also “broken” the day of so we were forced to switch marinas and boats to an “upgrade”. I suggest booking with someone more reputable and I’ll be requesting a refund.

The boat ride was amazing. There was some slight confusion on the start time and captain that was being assigned to our ride but once that was ironed out the evening was nothing short of perfect. Would highly recommend!

Wish I had gotten the 5star experience the rest of his customers received. Although he was nice, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of him..didn’t even confirm our start time until 7 am the day of when everyone was already on their way to the dock, and said it was too short notice to do 9am which is the time he originally told me was the only time he could do. When we get there, there was an issue with the boat so we ended up going out at 1230 pm, there is no lounge to wait in as advertised

Great experience. It was easy finding the boat in the marina, boat was as described and clean. Nice size cooler with ice so we were able to bring food drinks. Captain David was great, and did a good job of managing our time and making sure we had a good trip. Will definitely do again and highly recommend.

Roberto is the best host/captain available anywhere. The boat was clean, comfortable, with everything needed for a great day on the water. Roberto has local knowledge of bars, restaurants, and hidden waterfront spots unknown in guidebooks.

Captain was late and not ready when we got there. Also got double charged marina fee and never got a response when asked for a refund. They will also upgrade you to a bigger boat the day of because they will claim there is an “issue”… not necessarily complaining but you will have to go to a different marina. I’ve booked this boat twice and same thing happened both times 90 min before departure time. From other reviews seems like a theme. Not terrible but don’t get scammed.

Roberto was so helpful with the whole experience. I proposed to my girlfriend at his boat and he went a above and beyond making it unforgettable, he helped me find sunflowers, gave us a bigger boat, recorded the proposal with his drone. I recommend him 100%
