We booked a private boat ride for my mom’s 40th, and the entire experience was incredible. The views were breathtaking, the boat was clean and spacious, and our captain, Brian, was amazing — super friendly, professional, and made the ride feel special. They were also kind enough to let us bring our dog along, which made the day even more memorable. Huge thanks to the team for making everything so easy and enjoyable. Will be back soon, highly recommend!

I rented Andy's Duffy Electric Boat 21 but was given a lesser-quality boat. Andy's Duffy was the whole reason I rented from him and Boatsetter, unlike the other boat rental houses his boat was very clean from the pictures. I don't believe it was Andy's fault I received a different one.

We had a great time with Captain Steve. We snorkeled in deeper water off of Laguna and saw a shark, stingray, and tons of fish. I recommend Captain America for a fun day off of the coast of Cali.

Book this boat for any event! Our captain Steve was amazing he made the overall experience a great time! 2nd story is so much fun to just watch the sunset and enjoy the ride. Hospitality was a 10/10, bathrooms were spacious and clean, life jackets provided in case you want to put the slide to use! Amazing boat and captain!

Had a great time with our captain, Ryan, for the evening. Boat was nice and clean. We arrived a little early and actually saw Ryan sweeping out and wiping down the entire boat before we got on which was nice. Ryan I tracked with our group and was super friendly and personable. 2 thumbs up.

Captain Mark is really nice.He took us to see the seals and look for dolphins.We were very lucky to see dolphins swimming freely around the yacht.Last,we had fun in the ocean with dock and paddle board.

We had so much fun! Wish we would have booked 4 hours instead of 3. Recommend this experience and would rent from Andy and Captain Steve again.

Had an unforgettable boat ride in Newport with stunning views all around. The highlight was our captain, who was incredibly friendly and outgoing, making the experience even more enjoyable. We had such a great experience! The photos do not do this boat justice, she is gorgeous! Plenty of space for 11 adults. Our friendly Capt Mark truly made our time on the water unforgettable. From start to finish, he ensured that every moment was enjoyable and safe. I cannot recommend this boat and team enough. Truly will never forget this birthday experience. Do not book this boat. The captain ruined our trip by micromanaging everything, even making us change our music, and exaggerating situations that weren’t unsafe. Instead of relaxing and having fun, we felt constantly policed and talked down to. For the price, the experience was absolutely not worth it. Save your money and book elsewhere in Newport.

Captain Steve can only be described as fantastic! We celebrated my daughter’s 12th birthday with a small group of her close friends. This was the most epic trip. We took our friends and families out to Catalina for an amazing day. Captain Mark was absolutely phenomenal. He was super fun and accommodating. He took us around wherever we wanted to go and took care of everything. He set up all the toys and made sure we had everything we wanted at all times. The boat is gorgeous and was spotless.
